What is this magical hot dog haven? My wife and I found this gem because they had a large pride flag out front. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by one of the nicest people I have ever met. After a brief rundown of the menu we ordered the sweet teddy and the hot honey dog. They were perfect. This is by far the best hot dog place I have found in Columbus. This place is a great vibe and a must try if you are on high street near the Ohio Theater. We will most certainly be returning soon.

Hey! I had a great experience here! Wanna hear more? Good, cause I’m finna tell! So…back story…I’m a hot dog loving FOOL! Hot dogs, sausages, I have a bit of problem.. You understand, right? It’s ok, right? This is a safe space ..RIGHT!?
So when I found Tasty Dawg? Respectfully?? It was a WRAP. Ohh wee. I don’t know how many U turns I did to get a parking spot! And it was all worth it!
I got a chili cheese onion and mustard (I forgot the official name of the dog) on a damn good bavarian pretzel roll. Absolutely delicious. Did I mention the side of chili? Just to try it out, y’know??? And it was just … Ahhh… That good. I was there visiting and had very little time in the city. I’ll never forget the city, or the Tasty Dawg food!!! I will be back!!! Thanks for the great treat in Columbus!!!

Charming old school vibes! I’m simply obsessed the guy working was delightful with witty jokes and great insight on the menus. There were tons of very good hot dog options and I wish I could have tried them all. Extremely casual vibes but it was cute with a retro feel. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Suitable for any time of the day.

I was downtown to watch a musical and was looking for a place to eat within walking distance of the Ohio theater and found this place on the internet and looked extremely interesting so had to stop in and try it! Very friendly and and welcoming and I ordered the Hot Honey Dawg and Mac and Cheese it was amazing amazing! 20 out of 10 I will definitely recommend this place and for sure will be back Thank You Guys ❤️

So happy we made this stop on our Columbus hot dog tour! We had the hot honey dog and southern slaw dog, which were sooo messy and flippin’ delicious. Sides were just okay– mac a little runny and potatoes on the dry side. GREAT, friendly staff and chill environment. Will definitely come back, especially when down at the Ohio Theater or for a workday lunch.

Very welcoming, very helpful, very kind! We are first timers and they helped explain the menu, offering suggestions and answering questions. Food was fantastic! I tried the Peter Pan (limited time item) and my wife had the Big Cheese, with sides of Mac n cheese and baked beans. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend!
