YUM! Never disappoints! I order for pickup in-store, it’s always ready when I arrive (in the past I’ve had issue with this in other locations). Yay! They always get my order correct. Double Yay! && It is SO swift & easy to get in and go. Yay Yay YAY!
Today I had to snap a photo of my gorgeous bowl – it was picture perfect: The Vitality Bowl + shaved coconut & bee pollen, plus I added more honey when I got home.

Because owner needs to know . I order a lot from the Livermore location. I can handle some of the other inconsistencies but I get most upset when I order a Large paying extra and my bowl comes half full. This is my meal and I paid $21 total with doordash , and I’m not full!!! It feels like a snack and i feel ripped off. This is the 3rd time it came half full and today, came half full and no strawberries. I order from this location because it’s the closest and I want to continue to order bc I love vitality bowl, but if these inconsistencies continue, no longer.

Would not recommend! Rating a 1 as I can’t do a 0. The chicken was hardly warm. The salad was slimy and unfresh. When we were ordering at lunchtime most the food wasn’t available and no juice options as the juicer was out of order.

Honestly i really liked this place when i first tried it, but after this second time ive come to the conclusion that this is expensive for what it is. They put this in a microwave, and its very clear that nothing is fresh about this except the spinach lol. And i ended up finding a bug in my food??? For 16-18$ its not worth it, literally take your money anywhere else . The rice was mushy like it was made 1-2 days ago. Even the radishes were soggy like they were cut and left behind for 2 days. I wouldnt even feed this to my dog over concerns of getting my dog sick

I hope the owner might be reading reviews. I have been going to this place for years now. In the past, I had an experiences where the employees close the shop and they are roaming outside.
I dont remember the dates, but just on 25.11.2025 the guy closed the shop around 6:15 pm. But their timings are 8 to 7.

I really want to love this place and I never write bad reviews. I come here very often, and almost every single time there is an issue with my order. Waited 40-60 minutes for juice or Their juicer is broken or they don’t have any celery? Waited 20-30 minutes to have them tell me they can’t make my order. They make me a completely wrong juice or without notifying me or calling me when i order online that something they don’t have? I own restaurants and understand the difficulties that arise but this is so consistently bad.

Extremely disappointed with this location. I placed an order through DoorDash, and they reported that my food was made but never picked up—yet the store had already closed before I even arrived. Now, I’m out $18 for a bowl I never received because DoorDash refuses to refund me, claiming the food was already made. The service and quality here have gone downhill lately, and this was the final straw. I won’t be returning. Guess I’ll have to go to Dublin instead, since this location clearly no longer cares about its customers. What a waste of time and money!
