Great Tex mex restaurant in downtown Victoria. The blended margs were the star of the show. Delicious at a great price point.
The food was good. The Texas plate features two enchiladas with carne asada. The carne asada was tender and flavorful. However this dish was very salty (even to people who like salty food). The enchiladas poblano was also good but the sauce was more reminiscent of an Alfredo sauce. The rice and beans were delicious.
Overall I would definitely visit again but might consider ordering something else.

We used to like this place and we love Las Palmas and go there frequently. My husbands fajitas had raw onions and peppers. The picture shows the onions still formed in a circle because they weren’t cooked. We ordered mimosas which to begin with are being served in tiny glasses. The bartender only filled the glass a third full before adding orange juice though. We had six drinks between the two of us and the $4 Andres bottle that the bartender was pouring from was still more than half full We will be taking our business elsewhere next time.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious, full of flavor and perfectly served. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable — great music, friendly people, and a true local vibe. The staff was attentive, polite, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every detail, from the drinks to the presentation, was on point. Definitely one of the best spots in town — we’ll be coming back for sure!

Really great place for food and drinks. We have had dinner and brunch here. Either time the food and drinks are top notch great. My wife and friends really loved their enchiladas. I got their chimichanga and it was awesome. Really loved how they made it their own with different added ingredients. We will definitely be back next time we come to town.

We were heading home from a quick weekend getaway to the Galveston area and decided to stop in Victoria. This restaurant popped up on google so we decided to try it. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere and decor are on point. The owner, Patricia, is friendly and welcoming. Our server, Brittany, was very sweet. I had the beef enchiladas and they were excellent. Hubby had the Fajita Street Tacos and really enjoyed them. He was especially impressed with their charro beans. We’ll definitely return next time we’re passing through.

Went to La Cantina Tacos and Tequila with my family and we had an awesome time! The tacos and enchiladas were so delicious and their drinks were even better! The vibe was chill but fun. Everything came out fresh and fast. And Our waitress made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I have gluten allergy, so it is very difficult to eat out. But La Cantina was amazing! The owner personally went over the menu with me to give me different options. He was very helpful and super friendly. 5 stars!!!
