I had to wait to be served on the inside counter. The line cooks saw me waiting but choose not to tell anyone. My salad was not prepared correctly. The cucumber, tomatoes, egg,and other vegetables were not cut to bite size. I had to do it myself. And I had to guess the tables had not been cleaned recently by the crumbs and drink marks on them. I will not be going back.

This place is a complete joke …went to eat and even experienced a showdown where cops came and arrested folks there and the manager Jackie came to fight with the police too…who the hell keeps a worker like that making the place look bad…this place is really desperate for employees that they keep clowns around… ♂️

Refuses to answer phone. Let my foot dash order go with the wrong driver and refused to remake it. Save yourself some trouble and go to Chick Fil A or the other ZAXBYS up the road 2 miles

Quality has gone down in the last few years. Constantly screwing up online orders. Portion sizes always change. Sauces forgotten. We’re given a container of seasoning when we ask for extra seasoned fries through the APP! All I get are shortcuts in my meal. Will not be buying from this location anymore after 6 YEARS OF LOYALTY.
