12/16 – visited and was seated immediately. My server came by quickly and tood my order.
Caesar’s salad, 12 Oz ribeye cooked medium, with steamed broccoli.
Caesars – lettuce didn’t appear to be fresh.
Broccoli was steamed perfectly.
Ribeye, cooked perfectly as medium with a great search and spice.
Mackenzie (server) was prompt with service and follow up.
Very pleasant visit.

Stopped in on an afternoon date with my hubby. We were greeted and walked to our table. It was so peaceful and our server checked on us regularly. We got the Texas onion, wings, and spinach dip. All came out at the same time, hot and fresh.

Went to this location usually they are good BUT not anymore…. I ordered the 7 pepper steak salad MEDIUM to go. Sat at the bar while I waited ordered a Strawberry lemon drop which was so good. I get my food I have no silverware no salad dressing just the food. The bartender brings my silverware and ranch and I leave.
My house is maybe 10 minutes from this location I get home and my steak is beyond well done. Like jerky well done the 7 pepper is charred and tastes like burnt remember I ordered my steak MEDIUM. I called the restaurant but they never answered the phone. So I waited until they opened the next day. Spoke with someone she took my name email and phone number and said I’d get contacted by a manager. I wasn’t looking for a refund I just wanted my steak remade. I ended up cooking my own steak just to finish my $20 salad and I’ve yet to hear anything from management so from now on I’ll go to another location. The steak you see in the picture to the right with a warm pink center came from my freezer and cooked by me. The parts on the plate to the left are from longhorn. Thanks for ruining my dinner

Ordered the filet with mashed potatoes for the wife and I had the ribeye with stuffed baked potato. Food was great! Service was very good. She came and checked on us often. Went for lunch on a Monday.

This review is coming from a Longhorns fan. I ordered Hand-Breaded chicken tenders with fries and the Steakhouse Mac&Cheese. First the fries were really cold and the mac&cheese suppose to have bacon inside there was no bacon. Also I got the 9ct tenders they shorted me on 5 tenders so the waitress comes with a kids meal with 4 tenders and more cold fries. Plus the Strawberry Lemonade tasted watered down It was a busy Saturday night so I understand but I am disappointed with my dinner.

I wish I had taken pictures of my food because it was all amazing… the cooks this afternoon are ON IT! The good quality of the food ALMOST made up for the horrible and slow service.. but her charging our card $83 for another table is where I absolutely draw the line. Our server Shaquanda was sat too many tables I guess because she was lacking in service. She stayed running around looking flustered and unkempt the entire time. First drinks took 10 minutes to arrive, my husbands salad took another 15, after she came asking what all he wanted on it again, guess she didn’t write it down the first time, and when the food got there she hadn’t brought any of the condiments we requested. I got up halfway through our meal to get the ketchup for the fries so they weren’t cold by the time she brought it. I had asked for another drink and by the time she showed up like oh let me check on it we had already finished our meals and were wanting the check. So she rudely complains that she will have to void it out and will bring the check. 10 minutes go by and she comes to he table all flustered with a bunch of server books and receipts thrown everywhere on our table showing us she had charged someone’s check to our card $83. They voided it and we can hope to get it back in 3-5 business days.. when I showed my displeasure she rudely said she could ask for the manager to come, but she’s really busy…. Oh so the manager is too busy to talk to a disgruntled guest who had their money taken?????? Like you charge my card and pay someone else’s bill because you aren’t doing your job properly and the manager can’t even be bothered to tell me herself??? We will definitely drive further to go to the Roosevelt location from now on. Their cooks are just as good and the servers don’t steal from us there. I don’t know how Shaquanda and Amanda are employed.

Hands down the BEST MEAL I have ever eaten. The juiciest steak. The creamiest mashed potatoes. The waitress was there just enough. Not too much stress with your mouth full. I would go back DAILY if could afford it. I love love love my visit. My entire family did. Nothing at all to even begin to complain about. And the VERY BEST BERRY SANGRIA I have ever drank! Phew. So good.
