Generally good food, and I’ve been a big fan of mobile order service for years. However, in the last two months virtually every time I’ve ordered I haven’t received any sauce, for any item. Specifically I mean 4 out of 5 orders. Next door is Sonic, and their sauced chicken isn’t all that great, but they don’t mess up their mobile orders and okay chicken with sauce is better than good chicken without any. I think I can wait a couple of months while the dry, bland taste leaves my mouth.

I have had 2 incidents where my zax sauce has not been in my bag. I have driven all way work and realized it after getting there. Today I waited 9 minutes for wings and things meal. Once I got order checked bag no sauce again but I had ranch sauce.. The matter was not handled by management very well all she could say was I’m sorry after 2 separate occasions. I go here at least 2-3 times a week won’t be back 🙁
