If you look at Google Reviews for a place, sorting by Newest, and you see a consistent trend – that’s usually accurate. This place is no exception. We went there for the first time, expecting fast & cheap & good pizza. We did not experience that. One of the workers was very friendly, but all of the others were not. And the customer service was super slow, there was zero sense of urgency amongst the workers. Like mentioned in a different review, it was super quiet and a very strange/depressing vibe in the restaurant. Minimal communication & words spoken to customers, then everything moves at snail pace. They even ironically say “Speed” as part of their slogan. The food also was not good at all. It feels like something was missing as there was virtually no flavor at all to either the Pizza or the Cheese Bread – also mentioned in recent reviews. For how thin the pizza is, the price is also not as cheap as people think. I know its extremely difficult in the service industry to find good workers. But the customer service at this restaurant was bad enough to turn almost all customers away. Adding in the trifecta of bad food & bad value, I’ll never return again.

While the food is good, the staff seemed angry and miserable. I wasn’t sure how the process was supposed to go and the lady behind the counter did not have the patience to help. She kept cutting me off. I wanted to ask if I was bothering her. I came in with the intentions of dining in, but being met with such attitudes I took my pizza and left. The food is good though.

Thank you for having gluten friendly crust! I enjoy that Mod has so many pizza toppings to choose from at no additional charge. It’s a great deal and always hits the spot. They also offer dairy free cheese for those with a vegan lifestyle or lactose intolerance.

This was our first experience with a Mod Pizza and we will definitely go back again. The restaurant was clean and in great condition. The service was outstanding, helpful & very efficient. You can either order a pizza off the board or you can create your own from their extensive list of toppings. They have multiple choices for thin or thick crusts. We ordered 5 different pizzas and they were all very good. How it works is you go to the counter and order your pizza, step down order your drinks and pay. They have quite a few beverages to choose from which we appreciated. By time we filled our drinks our pizza was ready, at that time you can choose a drizzle to go on top. We tried the spicy honey and the fig balsamic i highly recommend trying them as it really enhances the taste.

Rarely do I hand out 5 stars. As soon as I walked in at least 3 ppl greeted me and all of them had a smile on their faces. 5 stars for attentiveness! Clean restaurant and restroom. Order I placed online was ready beforehand and tastes absolutely perfect. All condiments and napkins were stocked neatly and clean…A++++

Very disappointed, not the kind of experience we’ve had before. We ordered a customized pizza and cheesy garlic bread. The pizza pictured is what they gave us for “garlic bread”. I went up to the counter and complained. The worker said they would give us the correct item. We waited for a half hour for it, but it never was made so we left. The garbage cans were overflowing and needed to be changed. They also were almost out of lemonade. When we arrived it was very slow so not really sure why the service was so poor. It was also hard to understand the workers as they were mumbling.
