Overall a good experience. The staff didn’t say one word. Just the price that I owe them. They were much more interested in the conversations they were having in the kitchen. The food came out quickly and the chicken wings did not seem to be fully coated. Almost look like they just dumped sauce on top of it in the to go container. All that being said it tasted great. Chicken wings were crispy fries were delicious. I also Appreciated that they did put the ranch dressing outside the togo container so it could stay cold and the chicken wings could stay hot.

This Zaxby’s has to be the worst run restaurant ever. I love Zaxby’s but this one has terrible customer service and just an overall incompetence. The last two times I have gone to this particular Zaxby’s I drove through the drive through only to be told their system was down and they could not take any orders. No alternate ideas, just leave we can’t serve you. When they do take orders it typically takes forever. The food is hit or miss. I have had good food experiences here and bad experiences. I think it is time for Zaxby’s to change the ownership of this particular restaurant. Look at the past dozen plus reviews. All that is seen is lip service asking for additional feedback so you can get 5 stars. How about actually implementing change? What you are doing now is just not working.

Went in to grab a doordash. She told me that was all there was, but there were three drinks that went with it and luckily I looked at the order and checked her on it. She seemed disgusted that she had to make them and ask me a million questions about it as if I was lying. The whole staff had a terrible attitude. She told me that there was no soda when I told her I had drinks, and then I told her I had a tea on all of them and she was so frustrated. Ask me if I need to drink carrier for three drinks and a ton of food. I told her I’d love to be able to carry all that with two arms, but I think that’d be a little bit difficult. Like come on man, how hard is it to care? After she poured the tea she told the rest of the staff that was it on tea, instead of making more, meaning everyone can just go without drinks because she’s too lazy to make them.

Very rude employee at the drive through. Thought it was a teenage boy with a terrible attitude until driving to the pick up window to find out was a grown woman. If that wasn’t bad enough, picture provided of the slack job the rest of the kitchen is doing.

I came through the drive through at about 915pm and had the WORST experience ever . I should of kept going when I seen the young workers hanging out at the door with the restaurant door open . I should of kept going when I pulled up to the menu and heard the loud rap music (and I enjoy rap music) playing from the speakers and the child who was taking my order was laughing through the monitor before rushing to ask me what I wanted . I should of kept going when she said they was out of traditional wings and has impatient when I needed a minute to rethink my usual order . I should of kept going when I pulled up to the last window and seen teenagers who were supposed to be working sitting on items and texting on their phones . They were having a party !! Loud music , texting , playing , laughing on the intercom. I asked for insane dipped tenders and they served me cold tinders with hot sauce squirted on top , I thought they were supposed to be tossed and covered but I guess not . They served me old fries and rock hard bread . They were too lazy to simply toast another piece . I asked for blue cheese and Zax sauce which I didn’t get so I waited even after she closed the window to ask her again . My drive home was less than 5 minutes and ALL my food was ice cold and old! I started to drive back but I know for a fact management was not in the building and if they were , they should be ashamed ! $13 on a meal that I had to throw away ! I settled for Ramen and this is the LAST time a Zaxbys food chain will take from me . I wish I could post the video I have but I will figure out how to get the content noticed publicly.

Horrrible Horrible place to work!!!! The GM, JAMES, horrible management!!! If someone from corporate would contact me to see the way he talks to these employees in any group chat that would be greatly appreciated!! He’s terrible not considering that they have countless of high school students that are employed at the church street location, no way my child should be getting off work at nearly 11pm on a school night. He cares nothing about these employees!! He’s very rude and inconsiderate and I’ve never seen management act the way he does! Shame on him for belittling these children who could very well be in the streets stealing and dealing but choose to work everyday. I really hope someone contacts me!! This is ridiculous! No encouragement or team efforts like what should be expected just a bunch of “we don’t need you and go work at whataburger”!!!
