The inside was almost as cold as the 32 degrees it was outside. The food was barely warm when we received it so we had to shovel it in before it turned cold. That still didn’t work. The floor in the restaurant was like an ice rink. We had to be careful as both my friend and I slipped a couple of times. Maybe drive thru would be better.

We have not eaten from this location in a long time and, unfortunately, it has gone down hill. My wings are cold! An order a fries was missing from the order. Ranch was missing. I guess it was my mistake to order wings from here. Zaxby’s wings are the worst in town. Not to mention my daughter’s grilled cheese was overloaded with salt. I did give a star for the discount I got on the app. Definitely a disappointment and would not recommend.

Stopped for a quick bite and was very impressed by their order system. The staff was very helpful and quick to assist. The service was great and the food ready when I pulled to the window. Great food as always. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wonder why this place always empty..look at that presentation (the bread) and the coke with no flavor at all..always new employees bc they don’t last with exception of a few..I know they are in the fast food industry,but I wonder how busy they were don’t had time to toasted that bread good and to cooked good the fingers???Hope Cane’s arrived here one day and see this bussiness goes down (already going with the new McDonald’s on the side)

I ordered the Zensation Zalad with a unsweetened tea. The tea as well as the salad was good, but the egg roll was burnt. I asked the cashier if I could have another egg roll, and they had no problem with getting it to me. Once they brought it out however, it wasn’t as burnt as the first one, but still a little bit overdone. If you’re going through the drive through, be sure to check to make sure it’s not burnt. Aside from that, overall a good experience (The imagine given is the second egg roll).

Zaxby’s never disappoints! The chicken is always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and their famous sauces take every bite to another level. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the portions are more than satisfying. I love the variety on the menu, from wings to sandwiches to salads, and everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. Zaxby’s has definitely become my go-to spot whenever I’m craving quality chicken and a great dining experience.

Bought wings. They did not have enough sauce on them at all. I usually have sauce in the bottom to at least scoop on the wings but got nothing.
