We stopped in specifically because of their great gluten-free options, including homemade chips and fries that were delicious and clearly made with care. They can make all their sandwiches and burgers gluten-free, which made it so easy and stress-free for us.
Our server, Alexa, provided the best service we’ve ever had—attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere was fun and inviting, the kind of place that instantly feels comfortable.
We’ll definitely be back every time we visit our friends in South Jersey. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable GF choices or just a great meal with top-notch hospitality!

Dooney’s Pub just opened on the 16th, and as soon as I saw they had a gluten-free chicken Caesar wrap, I had to try it. I’ve had celiac since I was 4 years old and had never had one before, so I was really excited. The server double-checked everything for me — they have a separate fryer and are very careful about cross-contamination. When my food came out, it even had a gluten-free marker on it, which made me feel so much better.
I waited until the next day to write this review to make sure I felt okay, and I feel great! No issues at all — and the wrap was amazing. It was around $16, which I thought was reasonable. There isn’t a separate gluten-free menu, but the regular menu is clearly labeled with what can be made gluten free, and the owners are gluten free too, which made me trust the place even more.
I’m so excited to go back and try more things. The homemade chips that came with my meal were delicious, and my boyfriend loved his (non-GF) buffalo chicken sandwich too!

Stopped into Dooney’s Pub today on just their second day open and had a great experience. My boys and I tried the mozzarella sticks, steak nachos, fish tacos, and the Guinness burger—everything was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. The service was just as good as the food. Big shout-out to our server Aaron for taking great care of us and making the visit even better. Awesome start for this place—looking forward to coming back!

What an awesome transformation of the old Tilton Inn. Being in the business (restaurant and radio), I realize that when a new restaurant opens, there are typically kinks to work out. The staff is new, systems are new and everyone is getting acclimated while the crowds rush in! Dooney’s team handled it like pros! You would think they’ve been doing this together for years and that’s a sign of great training and preparation. My family wanted to try it this past weekend, so we jumped in on a crowded Saturday afternoon and our experience was fabulous! My burger was delicious, shrimp tacos were perfect and the toughest of customers, my 7 year old twins, LOVED their kids meals! It was surprisingly affordable, atmosphere and service were great, and the food was delicious. Jailynn M. was our server and she was VERY attentive to our needs, especially making sure the kids were happy and served quickly. What an amazing addition to the local dining scene. We will be back!

Shout out to our amazing server Alexa. We visited here for the first time tonight, as we typically frequent the Voorhees location. Upon arrival we noticed parking was limited and tight. However once we were seated, our experience was great! Alexa was our server for a table of 6. And she was nothing short of phenomenal. Not only was she pleasant, welcoming, kind, and patient with impeccable manners, but she was also extremely understanding and helpful with our gluten allergy. Each and every order she took, she made sure to notify us and confirm whether the item needed to be/ could or couldn’t be made gluten free. She went above and beyond. She helped us navigate drinks from the bar, and menu items. There was not a moment in time where we needed her and she was not right there to assist us!
I marked 4 stars only due to the bartender adding a liquid to my made to order beverage that was not requested (this is an issue due to being celiac disease, and no fault to Alexa, as she corrected it right away) second reason for taking off a star was due to no gluten free pic in the gluten free fries which we are used to from Voorhees location. All items that are GF typically have the GF wooden stick in them which gives us piece of mind!) is also sad there was no ken’s honey mustard! Other than that our experience was great, thanks to wonderful service from Alexa and great food! We will def return when in the area!

I was there on Tuesday for lunch, I had 5 other people with me. We sat at the horseshoe of the bar, Jennifer was our bartender. Not only did she take care of us promptly, we were all impressed with how she worked the whole bar. Always smiling and addressing everyone by name. I’ve been a bartender for over 30 years and she is a friendly and fantastic bartender. I will be sending more people her way!!

Stopped in for a little girls night and snagged a few seats at the bar and Demitria was amazing! So friendly and made delicious cocktails, she perfected my french martini. We shared the buffalo chicken dip and it was yummy! We will definitely back.
My only qualm is how bright the lights are, but it doesn’t affect my rating.
