I had Zaxby’s for lunch yesterday and overall, it was a decent meal. I ordered the six-piece finger plate, and the chicken was absolutely delicious — flavorful, crispy, and satisfying. The fries were good too, though they could have used a bit more seasoning to really bring out the flavor. I also tried the fried pickles, and they were hands-down one of the best parts of the meal — absolutely delicious!
However, I did have a few disappointments. The toasted bread that came with my meal seemed unseasoned and lacked any garlic flavor — it just felt like plain toasted bread. Also, I was a bit surprised to find there were no utensils, like a fork for my coleslaw or even a spoon. When I asked for ketchup for my fries, I thought one packet was a little skimpy, especially for a large order — that felt a bit unnecessary.
Another letdown was the large Sprite, which tasted more like plain carbonated water than a refreshing soda. Given that I had a tight lunch break of only an hour, I didn’t have time to go back and exchange it, which was a bit frustrating.
Overall, I enjoyed the food, especially the chicken and pickles, but a few small touches like better seasoning, utensils, and drink quality would really elevate the experience. Thanks for a decent lunch!

Very upset because I came late night and I had to wait. The fries weren’t cooked all the way. My chicken wings weren’t mixed in with wimpy sauce.y food was cold I’m so mad cause I work hard for my money and for the manager not to care about how she made this food is awful!!!!!

I do not blame front of the house or your standard worker you deal with, I solely blame management and the owner for my terrible experiences here. Whether it is the air conditioners not working for half a year or the ice machines are not working or all the sodas are pretty much out or they’re out of the lids…. They need to get it together.

Horrible experience received wrong order called back and spoke with Eli the manager refused to handle customer service by replacing correct order argued with me said my kids would have ate at 3:30 pm correct had the employees not been playing around and handed out the incorrect bag… Going to another day going in to store with receipt in the AM.. over all horrible why be a manager if you don’t have the ability to handle customer service that’s the purpose of being a manager and running a floor in case your employees mess up you handle a situation not put it off on another manager for another day. Well look into how much money I spend with this franchise. Zaxby’s I am a regular customer and this is unacceptable service..

Great food. Portion size was very filling. I got their Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad with a Lemonade. The salad was very fresh and the flavors blended well together. I also love their Nibblers. They are like small football shaped chicken sandwiches that are packed with flavor and great to eat.

Store was dirty, coke machine coated with black residue near nozzle, no ice, and absolutely no carbonation for the sodas, the poor ladies at the front counter looked like they hated it here, I can see why, dirty lobby, definitely not returning.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I’d rather warn you. Today we came to this location and it seems there training in progress because the customers around complained of 30+ minutes wait time.
Sure enough our order -4 items- took over 30 minutes and we only received it after I threatened to cancel my order because we were already running late.

Like most restaurants at an exit from a major interstate this place looked a little rough around the edges. It looked and smelled like they were trying, though. Service was fast and the person at the front was super friendly and working hard! My fries were excellent but the chicken sandwich was way overdone.
