This place really fell off. Used to be one of my favorites. Fries were cold, burger was not even comparable to what it’s been in the past not fresh at all. Pickles were not even spread out just picked a few and slapped on, which really highlights the low effort the employees put in and in turn the experience you’re going to get. The only redeeming quality is the ice cream.

Watched an employee stand and clean the same three shake machines over and over, trying to look busy. Manager asked an employee to make my shake and this girl flat out said no. My order was ready before I sat down and every bit of it was cold and the burger was hard. They remade the burger and it was undercooked. Dining area is so filthy! Black mold on the ice machine. Tables and chairs were not clean. Chairs were all over the dining area. Floor is sticky.

Always love this fast food shop for a good and inexpensive club chicken sandwich or cheeseburger. About half the grease it seems. Ice cream is perfect in flavors but I have to stick with the yogurt because of my lactose intolerance. But a great place to go to because these guys are usually very clean I’m the dining area and bathrooms. They have workers that seem to cars compared to other fast food places.

I’ve been a regular at the Braum’s Ice Cream Shop in Derby, and it never disappoints. The shop is consistently clean, and the employees are always courteous, treating customers with great respect. The food is always on point, and the ice cream variety is fantastic. Overall, anytime I’m in the mood for ice cream, Braum’s is my number one choice. Highly recommend!

The bread was fresh, ice cream varieties were more than numerous. I wish they had mention it was on sale, we may have bought more. Service is always very good in Derby, in the restaurant and the grocery area. It was a nice, quiet breakfast with the hubby. And neither of us ha to make the biscuits and gravy. Which were good.

Decent place for a fast food burger and fries if you’re looking for a quick bite. Chain restraunt. There is nothing wrong with it. Grocery store inside. However, if you’re looking for something GREAT, keep searching and find a mom & pop place with charm. When we visited, it was a busy Sunday evening, and it was only teens to be seen working. This is NOT a complaint by any stretch of the imagination. It’s just that they do lack work experience, and they could’ve used a more experienced hand to assist them in their endeavors. They were trying, and they were doing the best they could; perhaps they just needed more on staff. We know that’s an issue in many places these days. It’s not a reason for me not to return, however. The food was tasty. And, hey! Ice cream makes everything better, right?

We had the chili today. I know they use hamburger patties and that is OK. But they were barely chopped up and the chili seemed very greasy. The work area was fairly dirty and the floor had a lot of trash on it. The girl who waited on us was nice and friendly but her uniform was absolutely filthy.

Since being in Kansas, I’ve been learning more and more about milk and the processing of such. Braum’s milk is the best and healthiest. When they say A2 cows, this means lactose free type of milk. Anyone can drink it without discomfort (gassiness, bloating, nausea) and you can eat their ice cream too!
This is now my preferred store for all things dairy. Thank you for excellent products that are incredibly fresh and great tasting!

Absolutely horrible service. We were staying five mins from the restaurant and figured it would be a quick place to grab it to go. Unfortunately they were busy and lost our order not once but two separate times. We were stuck there for over an hour for a couple burgers TO GO! We will never come back. Completely ridiculous.
