This is by far the slowest fast food place I have ever been to. Can’t even get out of the line after ordering because of it being cut off at the curb. This is no reason it should take 15-20 minutes for a fast food place. I keep going back hoping maybe it was just that day or just that time of day or maybe it was there equipment. But no, I have lost all faith in this location and they should be rewarded the slowest fast food spot in town.

After all the wonderful commercials I just HAD to try the asian salad and my kids wanted to try the tenders and tender sandwiches. The food wasn’t worth the drive from Sarasota. The staff seemed distant and aloof…The design of the place was pretty cool, but I would much rather have Chic Filet or PDQ!!! Don’t waste your time or money….Not worth it in my opinion

I have to say I went thru the drive thru and the service there was great when I got home to eat my food it taste like rubber. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were soggy.

I don’t eat ‘fast food’ often; the grease, the sterile atmosphere, the boring food turn me off of those places, not to mention the caloric overload most bring.
But finding a place to eat that my teenager agrees with can be ….. problematic.
I had seen this spot repeatedly – and had thrown the idea at him several times – but had not stopped. We found ourselves nearby and decided to try it.
Similar food offerings to a different chicken restaurant that is never open on Sundays, the vibe is more homey, kind of like ‘BBQ place meets fast food’.
Staff was quite friendly, actually smiling on a Saturday afternoon.
Food was properly made, hot, tasty and the Zax’s sauce has a great flavor to it as well as a spicier version which I will definitely try next time. There isn’t anything particularly special on the menu, grilled and fried chicken & a few sides but wasn’t expecting more, honestly.
Access is easy, with curb cuts/ramps and plenty of room to navigate inside for wheelchairs & crutches. Booths & tables make up the seating.

Every time I order food from Zaxbys, whether it be DoorDash or Uber eats, there’s always something missing. A missing drink, a missing sandwich, no dressing for the salad, but this time I ordered some boneless wings, and those were missing. Bradenton is my home and before I moved back here I ate Zaxbys at least once a week because it’s delicious. Since moving back to Bradenton I rarely ever have Zaxbys because the service absolutely sucks. Today was the last straw, I’m tired of not receiving my entire order THAT I PAID FOR! If you want GOOD Zaxbys, travel a little further than Bradenton.
