The manager named Tracy is more interested in talking over customers than trying to fix issues. Sent me a “meal deal” with no fries then said i ordered extra toast instead of fries. I did no such thing. The meal states it comes with fries by default. She also refused district manager or franchise owner contact info.

I placed an order for pickup at night with still over 30 mins to close. When getting my food through the drive through, the worker shoved it at me trying to just rush and get me out of the way. When I checked my food after parking nothing I paid extra for was in my order. I was given the wrong drink, no sauces(which I paid for), my bacon was missing from my chicken bacon ranch fries, they didn’t give me sweet tea as ordered, and I didn’t get the extra tender that I paid for as well. When I went back I asked for just the sauces and the worker said “OMG “ when going to grab them .

Went there last night, order came up to over 30.00. Ordered 10 traditional wings and 10 boneless wings. When your a paying costumer you want what you paid for and I didnt get what I paid for after repeating the order back three times and they repeating it back to me. This is an on going thing at this restaurant. One, they have too many young people working in there at one time, you can see right throw the drive through window it looks like a gathering and not work. Whose so ever own this restaurant, put all of them on probation, cut your labor and save yourself money…their just gathering anyway. Called up there and talked to the manger,he seems very unconcerned. Kept saying, I gotcha..that was good customer service.

Food was terrible spent $22 on inedible food. Plus the order was not correct. The employees think it’s a free for all there. Just hanging out not doing there job. Maybe hire some people that want to work and get the food out correctly.

If there was a way to rate this place in the negatives I would. Within our order we ordered “all flats” traditional wings for part of a wings and things meal and a 10 piece wings. I’m assuming it was the manager who approached the counter and said “we’re not doing all flats we don’t ever do that” even though it’s an option to select and they upcharge for it? She proceeds to finish ringing up the order for the young boy who initially started it and had a bad attitude the entire time. She gave us our cups so we stepped away to get our drinks while they made my daughter’s frozen lemonade behind the counter. I saw her bringing it to the counter and she looked at me coming to her and proceeded to walk the other way with the drink and set it somewhere else rather than hand it to me. Once we got our food the wings I received for the 10 count traditional were absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and noticed chicken was gray, dry and tough to chew like it had been sitting out all morning. They weren’t even lukewarm, they were cold and had a nasty taste. So I walk back up to said assumed manager at the counter and asked to have them made fresh. She again had an attitude. She walked back to the kitchen talking to one of the cooks while staring over at me. Literally 2 minutes goes by and they bring out a plate of wings to me. Barely hot. Like they reheated it in a microwave. Still tasted disgusting. Still had a nasty texture. And 5 drums on the plate instead of all flats like we requested and paid for. I ended up eating maybe two and threw them away. I’ll be surprised if I don’t end up with food poisoning before the end of the afternoon. Save yourself the time, and money and don’t think that this place will be a good option to stop for a bite. You get served up nasty attitude, nasty food and the possibility of vomiting for the days to come. This place needs to be shut down.

I have a large family and sometime I don’t feel the want to cook! However and unfortunately my teens like the wings there but the last few times I have came here to this location it’s been completely garbage! I am NOT talking about little money I pay for my order! It’s no less than 60 bucks for everyone to eat. Today the 4th of June had cut it for me with the old cheese bites and box that was old food. My ticket today was 62.42 just to get another disappointment!

Advised cashier the tenders weren’t properly tossed in sauce and asked for a side of sauce. She took it to the back to see if they’d retoss it and they said no and I had to pay for an extra sauce because they were tossed fine. I’m sorry??
