Today was one of the best experiences I’ve had at this Zaxbys. Me, my sister, and my girlfriend all went to dine in a little before they closed the lobby, so I expected the workers to take a bit with the food. When my sister got her food first, it was courteously delivered to us, which I didn’t expect, and when me and my girlfriend’s order was taking longer than I would have expected, I went to politely ask if the order was still being worked on. One of the workers kindly went to go check on the order themselves and when they realized the order had not been made, the manager stepped in and gave us a full refund with the food we ordered and a cookie for each of us. The workers, manager, and back of house cooks all acted kindly and understanding, which I did not expect due to us coming in so late to closing and since they were already drained from their long shifts, but they produced one of the best customer service gestures I’ve ever experienced. I am thankful for the team that took care of me and everyone else, this place is improving greatly.

I have visited this location several times and had a wonderful experience at the drive through this past week. I ordered a salad and a large tea to go and I asked for the tea to have extra ice and when I say extra, I meant a lot!. The person taking the order did not understand my request at first and after I repeated it, she said, “pull forward.” When I got to the window, not only were they very friendly, they gave me an extra cup just full of ice plus my large tea with extra ice. Thank you for going above and beyond. It’s the small things that count! I appreciate you all!

I made a mobile order for pick up and order 3 different drinks. While I was trying to look up my order to show one employee that I had order 3 drinks another employee showed up with attitude saying that I was given my 2 drinks that I had only order, I was trying to look up the mobile order but with her attitude and bad energy she was giving I couldn’t show it. They also forgot to put my basket of texas toast platter. So I received bad attitude and no strawberry lemonade and no toast. Very disappointed with the whole situation.

I ordered the family meal deal for wing and ordered 3 different flavors first they put in the same container next when I called to complain because I just got home and live almost 40 mins away .they offer me no replacement but to come back now before they close in 28 mins or 10 wings to replace order this place is a dam joke
