I will never order food from this Zaxby’s ever again. I’ve ordered Zaxby’s for delivery on many occasions but never this location until tonight. They supplied no silverware for the coleslaw. The chicken fingers were barely warm and rubbery. The fries had absolutely no salt or seasoning (regular amount of seasoning was ordered). And the toast was cold!!!! The only thing in the meal worth consuming was the drink. They gave me TWO straws. No napkins! Not even a ketchup to help me eat the fries.

We stopped in here for lunch while visiting the area. We went inside to order but got it to go. We ordered the Asian Zensation Zalad, Zaxbys Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Finger plate.
All our meals were delicious and perfectly cooked, however the season fries were a little too salty. We got our order very quickly as it was not that busy when we stopped by. The staff was nice and friendly.

I always love coming to this Zaxby’s. The drive thru is always fast and Bobbie is always friendly, accurate and a pleasure to talk to. I never have to worry about my order being wrong or things missing. She always double checks everything before she sends it out the drive thru window. The store members as a whole always seen to have a great attitude and positive vibes.

Bracie, Julie, Roma & Savannah are the lifeblood pumping through this location! Kind, friendly, and bursting at the seams with excellent customer service; they got my meal out to me quickly and accurately (shoutout to the kitchen team, because that quesadilla was delicious and the fries perfectly seasoned). Hands down the best Zaxby’s location in town.

Every time I come to this Zaxby’s I always have a fantastic meal and wonderful service. Everyone here is so polite, a lady even came around with a tray offering extra condiments, napkins and silverware. The only other fast food chain who offers this type of service is Chick-Fil-A. As a parent with young children, I appreciate this level of customer service!

My friend and I went to the grand opening today. This is hands down the best Zaxby’s location I have ever been to. The entire staff were very friendly and made sure to accommodate us throughout our entire dining experience, including table side sauce service. We got the 20 piece family meal as shown in the attached image. It was hot, fresh, and tasty. Plenty of food for us to finish during our visit. Unsurprisingly, the restaurant was very clean and had a good atmosphere with all the locals already rushing in to try some delicious chicken fingers. Overall, a great experience, unmatched by any other fast food restaurants in the area.

If you can find a different Zaxby’s, head to that one. Fries were off — chicken was ok.
They have deals listed on the tables that say kids meals are 1.99 with each purchase of an adult meal. I was charged full price. I asked the cashier about it and was told “you have to ask for it” — then she got the manager. She also told me “you have to ask for it” — why would I not want a discount on my kids meal.
