I used to have some bad experiences here last year, especially since the pizza was always burned. However, my last five orders have been fantastic. The new team is doing a great job, the service is excellent, and the food quality has improved a lot. A huge difference — well done!

Extremely unprofessional. I called in to make an over the phone order. I asked could I pay with card over the phone. The employee proceeded to tell me that they don’t accept over the phone payments and that the delivery driver would have a card reader on hand upon arrival, ok cool! It took them exactly one hour an Thirty eight minutes to deliver my food. When the delivery driver arrived he sat in my driveway for 15min. We he finally came to the door he said he sat there waiting for me to answer the phone(mind you I turned the porch light on and opened my door when he pulled in) fast forward I attempt to pay for the pizza and he ask if it’s possible for me to pay with cash. I explained that cash was not an option and that they specifically told me that I would be able to pay with a card. He then proceeds to call who I’m assuming to be his manager and explains to her that the other driver has the card reader.(at this point I’m cold and annoyed. On top of the fact that this man has had me Standing with the door open now for a good twenty five minutes) the manager asks to speak with me on his phone(unprofessional) I start explaining to her that this has been a major inconvenience and instead of accomodating me she’s more upset that I’m upset and feels as if she should match my energy! Smh I will never order from this establishment EVER again and I don’t recommend that anyone else does either.

I have ordered from this location for some years now and they are very consistent. The customer service is great, they have good hygiene, and the pizza is really good. I order the deep dish four corners and the crust is nice and crispy without being overcooked. Would recommend this location.

My original pizza was drenched in sauce. There was so much my toppings could not stay on. The manager then gave me a store credit which I used for spinach and feta bread. This location has disappointed me twice. I will not give any more business.

My pizza tasted overwhelmingly of cinnamon which can only mean that they made the pizza in a pan that they had made cinnamon sticks in previously without washing it first. I’m pretty sure the health department and ServeSafe would not approve. I can’t help but wonder what else they aren’t washing? Gross.

03-29-2025 i am a doordasher and went here to pick up an order. the guy approached me and asked me what can i get for you. i said i have a doordash order and gave him the name on the order. he said the name and said it wrong and i said the last name is a t. he said whats your dasher name i said michael. he then said can you confirm the order and i said well what about this drink on here i need so he said its in the cooler and i said which pop and he told me where to get it and which shelf. i then confirmed the order and started to put the pizzas in my pizza bag and he said can u confirm the order and i said i did and he said ge has to see my phone. i then asked him do people steal your pizzas and he said yes and i said thats hard to believe. i then showed him i confirmed on my phone and asked him if he wanted me to not take the order ill unassign it. he said yes in fact your not allowed to cone back here again well we got into it and he told me to get a real job. whatever bro stop being unprofessional hr must be mad about his job. i will never go back here for work or for personal reasons. i suggest everyone to go to the next closest location which is on coolige in Berkley.
