I eat this Zaxbys about once a week. I order online most of the time and my order has always been right. The food is always good, and it’s been fast for me. The workers are also really nice. Honestly this is one of the better zaxbys I’ve been to. Keep it up!

The lady manager here has absolutely no customer service skills. Instead of excepting responsibility that they forgot an item tries to blame everyone else. This could’ve been simply solved with an I’m sorry we forgot it not arguing with me that they put it in there and that her representative remembers putting it in there. She kept over talking me every chance she got. I couldn’t even finish the sentence. I asked for a corporate number and was told that they didn’t have one. Love Zaxby’s, but will never go back to this location again.

Always extremely slow during lunch and dinner hours. I believe the employees are overwhelmed or not trained properly. Tenders were missing from one of my orders and I was not going all the way back to get tenders with no other form reconciliation.

I understand they were busy but I didn’t know my food was not rung up how I ordered it until it had been paid out. Sauces were also forgotten and the store was basically closed by the time I got my food. Sat in line for 45 mins and was basically given disappointment and the wrong drinks and food that was tossed around and looked like a hot mess. Please work on team building and order accuracy.

I deliver for DoorDash and I’m very happy with the way every order was put together correctly while I was waiting for mine. They were busy and instead of just assuming things were correct, every plate, drink, etc was checked before bagged. Unfortunately not every restaurant does this or to this extent so I just wanted to share just how pleased I was with this experience

Drink station was filthy and manger didn’t care about roudy group of workers there was only one person who was nice and help ful she had purple hair but other then that food was good but salty no communication really between kitchen and station up front on top of that the manger just up walked out the door no we’re out side that’s not how u run a restaurant I am upset and disappointed and dissatisfied there the only one here and I love there food but lately they been slacking major

This trip was highly disappointing! First of all there was not a soul there besides us. We order two straight forward simple meals. I ordered wings and things which is three strips, five wings, fries, toast and a drink. Why did I have to wait 20 minutes for the food and then get home to learn that I was given enough fries for a kids meal if that! The wings are not coated in the sauce. Looks like they squirted some sauce in the compartment tray and tossed the wings on top. So after waiting for what seamed like an eternity for this pitiful excuse for a meal they didn’t even have the decency to give an adult portion. Next time I’ll just go strait to slim chicken. At least there it’s worth the wait!
