Zaxby’s was helping with a fundraiser for First Baptist Church of FWB, so they were very busy. The friendly woman at the counter took her time to explain the dry rubs and answered other questions we had about the menu.
The food came out quickly, which surprised me since they were quite busy with the fairly long line at the drive thru. Everything was hot and freshly made.
The lemon pepper chicken strips were far superior to Wing Stop and other places that have rubs. I loved the seasoning on their French fries.
Zaxby’s chicken sandwich was super crunchy. I love Popeyes chicken sandwiches, but Zaxby’s is just as good. Next time, I’ll have to try their spicy chicken sandwich to see how it compares to Popeyes.
A worker walked around cleaning tables after guests left and asked patrons how they were enjoying their food.
I think I found my favorite fast food restaurant in town. I don’t like most fast food places, so the next time I travel, I know Zaxby’s will be a place I’d stop.

Went in tonight around 8pm. The restaurant was clean and all the employees on tonight’s shift were excellent. Especially Ginny her personality and work ethic was awesome. So I would rate my experience tonight as 11 out of 10. Food was great and didn’t have to wait.

The black lady manager, i think her name is may, was extremely rude and snobby. She acted like it was a bother to serve me and my son. We ordered 2-4 finger plates, for the price I was expecting more. The tenders and fries were barely warm, the tenders themselves were very small. I was very disappointed. I don’t know what happened in the last month, but its not the same. What happened to the girl with the colorful curly hair? She was awesome. I asked and was told she was let go, I think you guys messed letting her go, i used to love eating at the fort walton beach location, but after this last visit, ill be taking my business to Slim chickens, at least there portions are prices are reasonable.

Took the kids there for lunch for the first time in an while and it was yum! Who would have thought egg rolls !! Even though they were busy the food came out hot and in great time! The people working were friendly and getting it done! Kate was very helpful and friendly! Glad we went!

Tried here for the first time this past week it was GREAT. The employees are promt pleasant and professional. My order was hot and delicious and came out very quickly. Athena stopped by my table and made sure I was happy with my meal and even cleared my trash and trey, which is impressive for a fast food joint. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went through the DT tonight for my partner and omg..service was so slow and the employees literally just laugh in your face and carry on with their conversations with the window open. Everyone was walking around, talking, laughing, cursing etc, basically doing anything but their job! Loved Zaxbys until I moved to FWB and this location is usually my only option. I stopped coming a few months ago because they gave me the most disgusting, dry and foul smelling chicken tenders I’ve ever been served. My partner, however, still enjoys their wings..but it’s not worth it for the crappy service and unprofessional employees.

The manager is argumentative and rude. I told her I got a tea they had no sugar and she wanted to argue me up and down that he did. I am the one that is drinking it. I paid for additional sauces got home all the way back to my location and there was none so I wound up eating cold food. I never thought I would have to walk into a restaurant and feel defensive explaining their deficiencies. I will never eat here again. I will never stop here. She’s just not for the public.
