They pulled us up for this order an then once it came out didn’t even give us the sauces we asked for once we got back to our job cause we was on our lunch break the pickles was fried to a crisp and burnt through both trays I called up there cause I didn’t have time to go back they acted as if it was to busy for me to talk to the manager once she came to the phone I told her what happened she said ok an I had to ask if they was going to compensate me? She did say they would replace the pickles. But come on

Never had a bad experience at Zaxbys on Walton Way. The entire staff is always polite and respectful. Definitely a well run place for a fast food restaurant. Hats off to the manager. Keep it up. 10/10

Was extremely rude in drive thru. White lady at the window lied and said they do not take Apple Pay in drive thru, came to the one on Washington rd was extremely nice and they took my Apple Pay.So if you want Zaxby’s be sure to visit the one on Washington rd. The food was hot, time was efficient, and the service was excellent.

Had to speak my order several times .Got the surf and turf meal and the shrimp batter is burnt on the outside and RAW on the inside. Disappointed because I was really looking forward to the shrimp . Instead 14 bucks wasted Pics don’t show the raw batter very well but it’s definitely not completely cooked

The order ahead function on the app was flawless, but if you don’t select curbside pickup getting your food is a challenge. You’ll either have to use the drive thru or call them and get the employees to unlock the door. The dining room is NOT open yet and the employees are understaffed. They parked about 90% of the drive thru customers. Seemed disorganized and dysfunctional. Not the best experience.

Protip take a couple of napkins and place them in the clamshell tidy when you check your food. It will absorb the condensation and help keep things crispy.

I decided to try the fried shrimp entrée since it was a promotional item.
I was receiving my order much quicker than I expected and tossed it up to shrimp not needing to be cooked for a long time, but the toast was hard as if it was sitting on the warmer awhile, my shrimp wasn’t hot and neither were the fries.
I’m very unpleasantly surprised with Zaxbys as I usually receive my food hot and fresh, not warm and old. Coleslaw was good

Ordered a 6 finger plate, i only got 5. Texas toast was very stale and the coleslaw was sour. Fries had zero seasoning.
