Such a nice visit to Zaxby’s! Patricia is so helpful. We were visiting with my family from out of town and she made it more special. She asked her manager if there was any souvenir type goodie to give my cousin. They surprised us when we picked up our food. He was so excited! The food was great and the service superb, and clean too.

Pulled into drive thru and was greeted by an employee placing orders by hand. She had trouble with the card machine and was apologizing. Very professional. Once I placed my order I pulled up and changed it… I apologized and was told “no problem “. By far was the best experience in any fast food restaurant I’ve had in a long time. I asked to the manager to compliment the staff and she was extremely Thankful and proud of her team. Lost my receipt before I could complete survey. Thanks guys!!

Rude employees. They charge extra for my sauces and never give them to me nor do they give straws or add extra seasoning to my fries as requested and my soda was flat. My hot wings were dry and barely sauced. The employee JUST informed me my order would be ready soon, walked right past me and put my order on the shelf rather than just handing it to me. I also did not receive my receipt to earn my rewards on the app. I WAS NOT pleased and honestly very disappointed. I’m not normally one to complain as I know it can be stressful and busy. But the staff here just clearly DONT CARE. Either management needs to fix these issues or they ARE the issue. Chances are the customers and being served with no care because the employees are not served with care by their managers. Something needs to be done. This place has become pathetic.

The line was a bit long and took a min to get to get our food. But they were incredibly nice and I was glad they got our order right. But we didn’t get forks for our order. Other that that everything was good and we will come back soon.

If I could give this place a -5 STAR I would I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I received a signature chicken sandwich now I do eat at zaxbys on a regular bases so I figured ok these people know what to put on the order, I get home and this sandwich was fried with a sauce that was spicy, this sandwich wasn’t for me “I like spicey food ” red flag fried vs. Grilled so I called this location: a female answered so I asked to speak with the manager. Come to find out she was the manager when I told her what had happened she wanted me to bring the sandwich back up there to her. Giving the time I informed her I couldn’t make it there before they closed and ask what are we to do about this, no doubt o used a foul word and was asked not to. But when the district manager ms. Scotland told me she would remake my sandwich, knowing I couldn’t pick it up in 8 min told me she would remake it and leave it on the counter for me to pick up in the morning lolz then hung up on me. So I called back and young man a.j. answered this time so I asked to speak to the manager and he told me she just left the store so I told him ill speak with his general manager in the morning. At this point I wanted the managers name and asked for it and Mr. A.J. informed me that her name was Scotland and she was the district manager. So my lady called the next day and mr. AJ answered the phone and said since they had cuss words used at them they was not replacing the order. This location lied to me and sold me this for a grilled chicken sandwich.
