The traditional wings get smaller and smaller and dryer and dryer with each visit. My husband can easily eat 15 of their tiny nubby wings and 3 orders of fries. $33 for 1 person to eat is outrageous. He could have had a longhorn steak for $33! When they first opened years ago, they had the best wings, now they have the worst of anywhere. We’re out!

Came in to pickup my online order around 7:18pm this evening the woman behind the counter was handing me my order for 5, with regular size cups I let her know I upgraded the drinks to medium and we got those after she relooked at the ticket, I asked if all sauces were in the containers she said oh yes everything is there ☹️I should have checked because each meal that normally comes with a sauce cup had none, I put in on the oder to add different sauces also not there. So do better zaxbys there are way too many chicken places in town now so more choices.

the last 3 times we have went there they do not give us the order that we ask for. and or they don’t make our order correct. these employees must just really not listen and type in whatever the want to type in for what people want. this is absolutely horrible and such a waste of money to not even get what i wanted and ordered. this place used to be good but now it’s so bad. do not recommend going here if you actually want your order to be correct and what you actually ordered.

Literally the worse Zaxbys I’ve ever been too. Always leaving stuff out that you order. Half the time you pay for a large and they dont upgrade it. Cold food 50 percent of the time and if it ain’t cold you got to run back to the store because they forgot something. No wonder they have been dead since Huey Magoos came to town.

I was traveling through the area, and stopped in for a quick bite as I’m an avid fan of Zaxby’s, but not this one. When I entered the store the service staff was quick and friendly, but they were not the issue. It was a manager who I believe was named Jennifer, Jessica, or something along those lines. I witnessed this woman demean, belittle, and micromanage her staff to the point it made me sick to my stomach. No worker ever deserves to be talked to the way this woman interacts with her staff. Shame on her, and shame on the owner’s for allowing such atrocious behavior from a manager. I will not be visiting again on my next visit to north Georiga.

If I could give this place a -5 STAR I would I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I received a signature chicken sandwich now I do eat at zaxbys on a regular bases so I figured ok these people know what to put on the order, I get home and this sandwich was fried with a sauce that was spicy, this sandwich wasn’t for me “I like spicey food ” red flag fried vs. Grilled so I called this location: a female answered so I asked to speak with the manager. Come to find out she was the manager when I told her what had happened she wanted me to bring the sandwich back up there to her. Giving the time I informed her I couldn’t make it there before they closed and ask what are we to do about this, no doubt o used a foul word and was asked not to. But when the district manager ms. Scotland told me she would remake my sandwich, knowing I couldn’t pick it up in 8 min told me she would remake it and leave it on the counter for me to pick up in the morning lolz then hung up on me. So I called back and young man a.j. answered this time so I asked to speak to the manager and he told me she just left the store so I told him ill speak with his general manager in the morning. At this point I wanted the managers name and asked for it and Mr. A.J. informed me that her name was Scotland and she was the district manager. So my lady called the next day and mr. AJ answered the phone and said since they had cuss words used at them they was not replacing the order. This location lied to me and sold me this for a grilled chicken sandwich.

Ordered a wings meal and received stale/cold French fries, no dipping sauce and sour tea. I would recommend driving an extra 10 minutes to the Clarkesville Zaxbys. They’ve always ensured that my order was correct.

I ordered a curbside order and was waiting for it outside for 30 minutes, so I went inside and saw that it was on the carry out stand. I put curbside for a reason. Pay more attention to yalls orders, this is ridiculous.
