An amazing experience, the workers were nice, the food was delicious and fresh, and they were quick with my order. Wait time was a little long, but other than that it was good time, I am definitely coming back. Also, always come in the middle of the day because of my experiences, the food is always fresh.

Went here on 10/23 and got a all cold food. I’m not sure what time they open bit I waa expecting fresh food bc I got there at like 11:25am so I’m like this is going to be fresh Not! I hadn’t ate a churches in awhile bc I feel like they are not the same any more and definitely doesn’t taste the same. The chicken had no flavor at all and again it was cold as hell. I had to drive a good distance or else I would have took ot back but better believe I’m sticking with Popeyes or something else for now and on.

Pulled up to the drive thru no one answered then I spoke up. There was not proper greeting or thank you for choosing churches chicken. The sound on the speaker was turning off and on no good communication on there side. Ordered went home the chicken has no flavor. It’s like eating water. I dont know what happened to churches chicken before it had very good taste chicken. Will be looking into another fored chicken place.

Why do they close the lobby at 8:30pm, no Wonder, this churches chicken going out of business. I just went to Popeyes fried chicken, down the street and it was good. Lazy young people.

You know what to expect from Church’s Chicken. It’s not the best, but it’s consistently sloppily, greasy good. I came in today to try the new chicken sandwich. Honestly, it’s now the best thing on the menu, but definitely not good enough to compete with the competition. The brioche bun has a slight honey taste on it, which you may or may not like. The staff here is really good, the French fries are TERRIBLY bad. It’s prolly gonna be another year and a half before I come back to a Church’s again.

Only one car in front of me when I arrived. I got the #2 combo with fries. I got my order in a reasonable amount of time. When I got home, no fries. I tried to call, but no one answered and the voice-mail wasn’t set up to take calls. The chicken was good, but I can’t give above 3 stars when the order was wrong and unable to discuss the issue with anyone.

Today is April 17 2025 and we ordered a 8 pc Spicy with fried okra and butter corn and 5 apple pies . Everything was awful . Pulled up to drive thru for an order placed online . The drive thru Lady told us that it would be an additional 15 minutes for the spicy chicken so we requested regular. Pulled to the window and was told to pull straight forward for 6 minutes for the fried pies…. 35 minutes later I leave the truck enter the restaurant and proceed to ask about my order. Prior to entering restaurant the parking lot was full after 35 minutes it was empty so once inside I find out the order had been ready and was sitting in the warmer, so instead of replacing the old chicken the manger just hands it to me and apologize for the misunderstanding on their part. Once home we see the okra was darkly fried and taste like old grease as well as the chicken . This was our second time trying this place but will never return to this place in Garland, Texas . We spent well over 40.00 dollars of USA money. I shall continue to report this place and others like it until it is closed or revamped.
