I made an order on Uber Eats. The food that I received was overly seasoned and cold. I Wouldn’t recommend ordering through this food delivery service because they didn’t assist me for the inconvenience. No refund, no credit, not even a remake.

I get food at lunch in drive thru weekly and always quick, in fact it is the quickest and most efficient drive thru in our area in my experience. Time matters when you have a limited lunch break. Order is right and food is hot and order is correct. The staff at the drive thru have great customer service skills and smile and are nice. This is rare this day and time. Great job, so glad this place is in my lunch rotation. I can recommend the tenders, fries, unsweet tea and egg rolls! This place is managed well and work well together as a team, it shows!

I will never go to this location again. Awful management and awful quality food at this location. The lady ( brown hair) who claimed to be management had MAJOR attitude. Argued with me over them missing one of my drinks, I showed her the reciept and all she could say was “Oh” and then proceeded to get it but didn’t even fill it up all the way.
The food was room temp and you could tell they just refried it to get it somewhat warm. I asked for it to get remade and she got upset and an attitude once again with me. I was over the attitude so I asked to speak to the manager and she got another employee who claimed to be the “manager’ and who then said the lady with the attitude was an “manager” as well
They finally offered to remake it but at that point I was over how I was treated and honestly wouldn’t trust them to remake it with how much attitude they had and unprofessionalism. I asked for a refund and they claimed they don’t do refunds ( keep in mind the food wasn’t eaten at all and drinks were drank either)

Drove through the drive-through. My order came to $11.44 cents. I gave the cashier a 20, a one dollar bill, and $.44 I got back nine dollars is this new math? Could somebody please explain to me why nobody asked me for another penny or a nickel and just told me they rounded up she apologized slammed the window and would not come back. I’m not gonna fight over a dollar, but please explain to me what’s wrong with this situation.

Check your food before you leave the drive-through. I ordered a five finger chicken finger plate with an extra Zax sauce. It was great to get home and find out. I got a four finger chicken finger plate with zero Zax sauce. It really shouldn’t be that hard to get orders correct

This was the worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to. All the food was old and fries were re-heated. Went back to get fresh fries and the young lady was so rude to me and then told me I didn’t need to be rude?! So unprofessional! Come on Zaxbys you need aces in their places not disrespectful faces!
