Let me tell you something — this Burger King deserves a crown AND a throne.
I pulled up expecting a regular Whopper experience… but NO. These folks turned the whole block into The GiveFest Festival of Blessings™. Free turkeys, produce, canned goods — I thought I accidentally walked into Oprah’s house.
“You get a turkey! You get a turkey! Everybody gets a turkey!”
The staff was out here smiling, helping, and moving like the Avengers of customer service. I saw teamwork so good it made me want to fill out a W-2 and join them. And the manager? MVP. Probably runs the place like a Navy admiral.
Food? On point. Service? Elite. Community involvement? Hall of Fame level.
If Google let me give 10 stars, I would.
If Burger King ever runs for President, I’m voting.
If they host GiveFest again, I’m bringing everybody.

I just brought an impossible whopper meal from Burger King on 4400 Reisterstown Road and it was raw. I called the store to tell them and the person said I do not speak English. I called headquarters and every option was a run around. Please do not eat hear. I am very disappointed and disgusted.

The service was quick and friendly. My impossible Whopper was Luke warm and barely any grill marks. It diminishes the flavor. Onion rings were good.

Overall this location is disappointing because customer service is below average, the quality of food isn’t good when the freshness not there.. Ghost Pepper Whopper was cold and wasn’t that hot(the burger was colder than the bun, which I reheated at home). There was a few times that they didn’t have certain food or drink items available during purchase resulting in wasting time going elsewhere. If you running a fast food franchise and some of your items are out of stock or whatever, than at least let customers know beforehand before spending… Just a suggestion to save everyone time and money. This is one of the worst Burger King location because the quality of food is poor and most employees seem to be in a bad mood.. One thing I can say I’m truly thankful for is customer service which is outstanding because they care about customer satisfaction and respect. I got reimbursed for an order with no issues, communication and understanding was professionalism. How employees with negative attitude keep their job amaze me sometimes, maybe manager doesn’t care I guess. Note: *4 Service is mainly customer support doing, other than that it would’ve been *1

I went to this burger King for the new SpongeBob meal… my mistake fr. Im not big on complaining but i HAD to leave this review to help them possibly do better.
So the only thing I needed replaced is the shake because I wanted a diet coke. Why did I have to pull over out of the drive thru, wait 30 minutes, get out of my car and go in to the burger King for my food? Then they forgot the cheesy tots. So I tell them and they just give me fries INSTEAD of letting me know they were out of the tots…. I would’ve just ordered a normal meal instead. On top of that… my sandwich was cold.
Skip this burger King. Go to the next!

Ordered their new melt and well they toasted one piece of bread and not the other. Of course the toasted part was on top, but when I bit into it I knew something was wrong. Like why do this. Now if I went back it would be a problem. Then I would fear my food would be mismanaged. I know it is 3:30am, but let’s do better with preparing customers food.

Worst ever order was messed up suppose to have peppers and onion on philly melt burger was over cooked tasted horrible. The worst part was no one was there it was empty so how was my order made wrong. Definitely won’t be back

Worse Burger King ever I always have a problem here food is cold old and nasty. The management and workers have an attitude slammed the window door for no reason. They out barbecue sauce on my chicken sandwich(I’m allergic to barbecue) nor did I ask for barbecue sauce and the sandwich doesn’t come with barbecue sauce . Had an allergic reaction and had to go to urgent care. Will be emailing corporate they need a whole new crew of workers .

Went through the drive thru, only to come home to see this. I drove all the way back for a refund, the manager laughed and said It wasn’t the first time this happened. So why is this still an issue? There’s nothing but kids working who clearly don’t want to be there, they need to do better. I previously worked in food service and wouldn’t serve anything that I wouldn’t eat personally, to a customer. But this was definitely ridiculous. Needless to say, i’ll save my $ and wont be back here.
