Rude staff. Dirty floors. Grace is nice but prefers to be on her phone in the back. The other girl just makes you feel like you’re a nuisance for ordering a sandwich. To top it off the sandwiches were not Subway quality, these girls need retraining ..not only on customer service, but on how to make sandwiches. Subway as a whole should be embarrassed about this location.

When the place first opened I loved it. They were friendly, knew how to help you . Now the workers know nothing of the sandwiches, won’t help with a special if there is one going on leaving you to pay full price. They are very rude and you get the feeling they don’t care if you come back or not. Which I won’t. I asked for something separate and I committed an unforgivable crime. The messed up on my online order. I had on numerous times, when they first opened, purchased the rolls only with no problem. I had paid $2 apiece, which I gladly paid for. When I wanted to purchase them again they wanted $6. The policy changed but instead of a polite explanation I got a hateful lecture. So I will not go back. I have a gift card which I will give away or throw it in the trash. I don’t appreciate being treated like that. Once I understand. But now it’s every time I go in. No thank you

The only reason I put one star is because I could not put negative twelve. This is legit the worst subway experience I have ever had. They didn’t clean the tables when asked by customers. We even asked for a rag to clean it ourselves and they gave us dirty looks. The sandwiches were poorly made. The employees were not following proper health procedures! The floors and tables were very dirty.

Stopped in here this morning to grab breakfast and some sandwiches to take hiking. Jilacey (I’m sure I butchered the spelling I’m so sorry!) was so incredibly sweet and helpful and got us everything we needed, she was even nice enough to make us up some mayo & mustard containers to take with us. Above and beyond customer service and a wonderful start to our morning. Thank you so much 🙂

Very good sandwiches, just don’t expect brewed iced tea later in the day – – at 6 pm the tea dispensers were sitting cleaned up and empty. It must be because iced tea must be VERY expensive to waste a single drop if left over at closing . However, as I said before, the sandwich I received was very good and stuffed with veggies. Will I go back? Probably; will I be irritated by no tea? Absolutely.

The franchise owner of this place (dont know his name) put very little meat into my footlong philly sandwich & i paid $12 for it. Sandwich was 95% everything else & 5% meat Never going back to this subway again. Greety = No bueno
