Anytime I go to this Zaxby’s I’m always being pulled to a spot ; including other cars . Does not matter if it’s busy or slow ; they always pull cars … went to visit today and I was the only guest that was in drive thru. The young lady at the speaker told me it was someone outside taking orders and I would have to drive back around … mind you. When I pulled around babygirl was not enthused or I did not know she was there for that reason because she was by the door . Furthermore , CUSTOMER SERVICE needs to be worked on with our young people. If this is a system , I’m not sure why it’s set up that way. I completely understand ordering with her when it’s a line . We gotta do better .

Get them employees from outside! They simply don’t have the attitude and energy to do what the employees at chic fil a do! Customer service sucks. Her menu was hanging all the way to her knees and I had to ask her to let me see it. It’s not a huge deal but the energy is just awkward they don’t want to be out there!! Furthermore! I couldn’t see any of the new items , once I went around to see the menu they had other things I would of purchased but do to the lack of customer service they missed out on more money.

Apartment Approval
I ordered online from their website got a kids tender meal , 4 pcs tender meal , and a Cobb salad my ordered arrived with no meat at all on my salad remind you it’s 10pm at night . I called them for an hour straight the finally answered at 11 something just to tell me if I don’t bring it back now I won’t get a refund they can only remake it why would I want something remade if they didn’t get it right the first time !!! I don’t know why these places don’t actually read the order and stop rushing !!!! Poor service !!!!

I don’t usually give bad reviews but I’m extremely tired tonight and just wanted to eat, take a shower and go to sleep. I ordered a classic sandwich meal online, pick up in store. I opened my container and asked if the little bit of fries were considered a large fry. The young lady told me no and handed the container over to the kitchen. And asked the the young man if that looked like a large fry. He said no and I trusted whatever was added would make the fry large. I go home to find out, Not at all! That’s not even the bad part. I can forgive the fries but when I went to eat my sandwich the chicken patty(that is all I could to think to call it) was thin and one side was hard and the entire thing was dry to the bone. The sandwich was covered in too much sauce and messy. I took a bite and it had no flavor and again was really hard. Please do better. I know we all get tired on a shift no matter where we work. We should all do our best for the people we serve or provide a service to. We have to look at it as if we are serving ourselves. I had a long very busy short staffed day and I’m exaughsted. So disappointed! Not even peeved off. Too tired for that.

Just had a delivery order from the Stockbridge location. Included in my order was suppose to be 2 LARGE order of fries. Let me say it’s said how these 2 containers of fries are hard and neither one is close to being a large AT ALL!. I called the location talked with the manager and she did make an offer to correct it. I expect to get what I pay for. The manager was very pleasant.

OMG !!!! I had a few bad experiences here in the past but today was different I had a long day at work and just got off at 11pm and made it in time before the store closed, and I came across this awesome nice beautiful spirit cashier jackquelin E, she wasn’t being impatient with me she was very nice and understanding she took her time while taking my order even after I added extra items to it, I asked for certain items not to be added to my order and it was complete she added all my sauces and condiments utensils and napkins I just wanted to take time and give the young lady her flowers because she certainly went above and beyond for me, her customer service was excellent

No sauce bread ain’t even toasted. And the fries look like they were taken off the back of the fryer. But fr I paid for extra sauce and got none and it’s not a once in a while it’s like a 50/50 everytime at the drive thru

This is ridiculous!!! They literally took this piece of lettuce off the salad because the purple cabbage was on this sandwich at the bottom. When I bit into this sandwich, OMG it was disgusting and not done. I was on lunch break, so I’m very upset. The fries look like they were cooked last evening. I’ve been trying to call them since I returned to the office and I just get a busy signal. This is so unacceptable on so many levels. Spent $17.00 for something I couldn’t eat.
