Garbage. Move on to somewhere else. Not worth the trouble or your money. Asked for a Diet Coke, they gave me Coke. Asked for extra crispy fries, they gave me fries that were still cold in the middle. Salad was all wilty and tasteless. Maybe they were moving too fast and busy you say? We waited 25 minutes for our food. Place had a couple cars, that was it. Man has Zaxby’s fallen.

I stopped here to buy some side dishes! There was a bit of a wait because they were short staffed and had a lunch rush. The guy who took our order just did his job and wasn’t overly pleasant, but they had him taking orders and also running them so I get it (I used to work in fast food). The fries and veggie spring rolls we got were incredible!

The best Zaxby’s in the county. The food is always fresh and employees act like they actually like performing their jobs which is a rarity these days. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were no napkins so I had to go back to the register and wait while someone placed their order so I could ask for napkins. Also it seemed that the ice was very low as I had to push the dispenser over and over to get just a little ice.

The service was very good the lady taking my order was nice. On the other hand the food is not worth the price I ordered the 8 wing meal and the wings were extremely dry barely covered in sauce I had to add my own sauce.

I had just bought the chicken finger plate and had made it home to eat and they were stale and way too crunchy, like they have been out, all day or way over cooked (it wasn’t at all moist and juicy)… I normally enjoy this restaurant, although I never really get anything from here, but after this experience? I am not sure I want to come back. If ya’ll are not going to care enough about the food and make it nice and fresh, I will NOT be coming back!!!!! Even Chick-fil-A is better than this garbage. Chick-fil-A is constantly making their food fresh and customer’s happy! I have NEVER had this kind of experience at Chick-fil-A >:|. Other than that, the fries and sweet tea were awesome!

Its been a while since I’ve been here and I remember why. The food is overpriced to the quality. The wings we uncredibly small and as my kids would refer them to pidgeon wings. The food came our luke warm and it was obvious that it was sitting around for a while from after being cooked. Most likely will not return. This place is more expensive than BWW. Restaurant was clean and there was a ton of parking. I guessnit was becuase I was the only dining in. I paid roughly $22 for 10 wings, fried and a drink.

Wish I could leave a zero for management! This is the WORST Zaxby’s ever! The cashier was polite and did a great job but honestly the WORST food, management and rotten tea! Don’t drink the tea, I’m sure it has bacteria in it from the smell. Obviously management doesn’t care if it’s being cleaned properly.
