Stopped here on the way home. I did an online order before we got to the store. We arrived 5 minutes later and I did not expect our food would be ready. We walked inside and was greeted by the cashier. We told him that we just ordered online and knew it wouldn’t be ready. We placed the order at 8:17 and arrived at 8:22. We did not get our food until 8:45. We were the only ones in there at the time and maybe 4 cars in the drive through. Half of our food was cold because it was sitting in a bag the the guy misplaced. Only did the staff act concerned about our order when I lost my patience shorty before my wife lost hers(which she rarely does). Food was mediocre at best. Lettuce was old and the boneless wings weren’t good according to my kids. Long story short I’ll never go back to that location again.

Super unhappy. I went through the drive thru on a rainy day for a quick snack and was the only car in the drive thru. I ordered the fried white cheddar bites. Well, as soon as I pulled up to the window the food was ready, which usually means that the cheddar bites have been sitting out. In this case they were burnt, the cheese inside was orange so I don’t know if that’s cuz they were overcooked or because it was a different product that they were serving. Not only that, but it tastes more and the cheese was funky to chew. I only ate two of them before I gave up. I understand that sometimes they can’t control with the inside of the food looks like and that regard, but these were visibly clearly burnt and we’re still served. And that’s not okay. It’s just both disappointing and annoying to pay for something and knock it what you paid for. Or get it at the quality which it should be served.

If incompetence was a crime, the staff here would be on the FBIs most wanted. 24 min to receive 2 salads. Both salads were incorrect. The extra dressing I paid for was not in the bag.

Please do not support this organization,, the whole “Dream Big” organization that owns many zaxbys including in Griffin,, Peachtree city 54 and 74, fairburn, and union city. They discriminate and fired me because of my mental illness and said it was too difficult and “inappropriate behavior” after begging me to be open with them and trust them. Now that I’m out I will provide any information such as the roaches,, the terrible customer service,, the raw food given out because they don’t want to wait on the timers. The lack of cleaning and washing hands,, raw chicken is everywhere including frozen on the walls of the freezer. They don’t rotate the food so yes you most likely have eaten expired chicken majority of the time. And vegetables if you’re a salad person. The managers almost never help on the line whatsoever. They failed the health and inspection test. The drink machine leaks and sometimes leaks black stuff and they don’t do anything about it. The bathroom rarely gets cleaned by night shift. Tired to use my rewards. Was told by 2 employees that the rewards are in app orders only. I show them where I chose instore then they told me that their scans don’t work. Sad when employees don’t know what they are promoting and how their systems work.

This location is consistently much slower than other Zaxbys. Sat in the parking lot twice recently for over 20 minutes for a simple order. The last time I was the only car coming through the drive through at that particular time so being busy wasn’t an excuse.

The food was great but the wait was long. I ordered in the drive-thru and was asked to pull up for them to bring it out. After five or six minutes passed I backed up a fee feet to the window again since nobody else was in line. They told me I could not wait there because of time line limits or something like that. I pulled back up to wait an additional five minutes before they brought my food.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! I arrived and was assisted by a young lady. She seemed new and was having a hard time getting my order correctly. I was understanding and patient. She gave me my 3 cups and I proceeded to wait. I waited over 20 mins to only get 2 of my orders because she didn’t ring up the third order. When u clearly stated all 3 of my orders. I had no problem paying for the order she missed but it became an inconvenience when it took them over 30 min for an order to be ready. It seemed to bother the lady about when I was checking up on my order. I asked twice to check up on the order, I thought they might have forgotten about it since everyone was receiving there order expect ours. I ended up canceling the Order. I definitely will never be returning.

This location has been lacking since COVID. I was reluctant to go here but it’s the closest to my home. I went through the drive thru(noticing that there was no cars- figured, that’s good). The cashier finally came on and asked me to hold on. It took her at least twenty minutes to come back. Meanwhile, the drive thru line is growing- three cars behind me. I ordered a Chicken finger plate and the fried pickles. When I made it to the window, I was told that there were no fried pickles- that they’d run out. At this point, I decided to just leave. I mainly wanted the fried pickles. This isn’t the first time that it took forever to put in an order. This occurrence happened tonight; this was my last visit to this location!
