I have never had an issue with Zaxby’s food. The service at this location could be improved. The location is circumventing the timers installed in the drive-through by parking every vehicle going through.

Used to have better quality & quantity of food for your money. The strips were hot, yet fried extra crispy & smaller portions of pieces which made the hot yet tough. Looks can be deceiving when you see the food from the screen and upon receipt. I would’ve like to see the old Zaxby’s with their food service and portion

It never fails that every single time my husband and I order from this particular location, the order is always wrong. I order online so there should be no reason at all that the orders are wrong. Today, I got a Cobb Salad with toast and fried onions and I had ordered the Zensible Cobb Salad. My husband’s tenders did not have any sort of sauce at all and he had ordered buffalo tenders. Then when you take your time to bring the order back and explain that it is wrong, you do not receive any sort of apology or restitution. The employees are rude and have no customer service skills at all.

Chicken strips/tenders were hot upon receipt but small in portions and fried hard, fries were delicious and toast was well toasted . The 20 pc of strips/tenders averaged out to 10 PCs as to what they used to serve and stingy with the zax sauce for a 20 PC family meal deal. Zaxby’s do better, you have and used to be much better on the quality & quantity of your food service.
