Super duper epically good. The rose rice cakes where like nothing I’ve ever had before. My personal favorite. Super good. The kimchi fried rice woth spam was the best fried rice I’ve ever had. The fried chicken was heavenly dipped in the rose rice cake sauce. Like my goodness take your wife here. Perfect place for an amazing date Yep I had the most amazing date with my wife. I came from Washington, D.C. to visit my family for the holidays, and this BBQ Chicken location is by far the best place I have ever been. The service is outstanding and genuinely friendly. The food tastes amazing even as takeout. The facility is always spotlessly clean and well organized. This is my second time eating here just this week, and my father absolutely loves it as well. This location truly sets the standard for what a BBQ Chicken franchise should be. I really wish there were locations in Virginia and D.C. that could match the quality of this place.

Great hospitality. If I could only rate the service it would be 5 stars. The spicy original was good but didn’t wow me. Just tasted like regular fried chicken. The galbi flavor was absolutely terrible to me. If you like smoked paprika you’ll enjoy that flavor, way too smokey for me. The secret sauce tasted like apple jam. Overall great service but wouldn’t go back for the food.

I came here with my family, it’s our first time here and WOW!! The chicken was excellent, cook to perfection and the sauce was just perfect. Their sides (fries, onion rings and dumplings) were hot and crispy, amazing until we got our chicken. We will come back soon !

I first had bb.q chicken at the John’s creek location when I was staying in the icu and was tired of hospital food and I’ve been a fan ever since! I use to live in the Doraville area and move back to the Gwinnett area and I’m happy to see they opened this new location! I had the kimchi fried rice, dumplings, and the pickled radish (you know I had to bring home two orders ) it’s a comfort favorite and the food is always consistent!

I use to have to go to Swuanee or Duluth for Korean Fried Chicken, now I’m happy that it is here in Buford. I’ve been a few times and the food is always on point. Great lunch combo price and very filling for me. And always an order of the Rose rice cake yummm!

As Fiona Kim mentioned, I had a very similar experience. I ordered the Hot Spicy flavor hoping for something with a real kick, but when I brought it home, the seasoning was so light you could still see the fried skin. When I called to ask about it, the staff said it’s their “standard” to use only a little sauce because it’s too spicy to coat fully — which makes no sense if the dish is called Hot Spicy.
The man I spoke with kept repeating that he would “판단해,” as if deciding whether my concern was valid. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, escalating the situation instead of resolving it.
If he’s the owner, that’s poor business behavior; if he’s an employee, the owner should reconsider who represents their branch. A better approach would’ve been to offer a small fix, like providing extra sauce and clearly explaining the restaurant’s standard for future orders.
