Wish I could give ZERO STARS. Terribly slow. Kids playing around all night long. Majority of the menu is chicken but we waited 1hr for four wings n things plates while there were no cars in the drive through. Whomever is over the hiring should really consider the staff. Also, why is it fully staffed and barely anyone cooking the chicken. I’m going to advise every person to not come here.

This location in general is hit or miss, but today, two young ladies decided to refuse service unless we exited our vehicle and went inside because they couldn’t be bothered to fulfill an order they deemed too large when literally no one else was in line. It felt as though they simply didn’t want to work. Even when offering to lower the amount of the food in the order, they refused to accomodate. Never received service like this. Shocking.

Horrible serving. We ordered 50$ worth of food and got 25$ in return. Two 5 fried chicken meals with large fries and sause, drinks, etc. in the end we got 2, 3 fried chicken meals and one didnt even have fries, the other had small unseasoned fries. We will not be going to zaxbys anymore

Horrible customer service, I’ve went there multiple times ONLY BECAUSE I love Zaxbys. I can’t count how many times I saw workers chatting around while lines of people are waiting to pick up their orders including me. The last time I went they didn’t give me any of the sauces I got, and the food is always cold. And lord it took this lady 30 minutes to package my food just to miss items from the order and miss all the sauces, and when I went back to get the sauces, the worker had the audacity to ask me “You had a mobile order? Our sauce is 25 cents each!”

I do not appreciate that this Zaxby’s automatically upcharges for a large drink when you order a combo. I ordered a chicken finger plate, which is clearly listed as $9.99 on the sign, but when I got to the counter, the meal rang up as $10.34 because they added a large drink without asking. That means they’re involuntarily adding an extra $0.35 to every combo ordered, every day.
This feels dishonest and misleading. I value businesses that operate with integrity, and this location did not. I will not be returning, and I’d love to know whether this is a corporate policy or something the franchisee has chosen to do.

Placed a curbside pickup order. Arrived and waited over 10 minute after checking in. I go inside to see what was going on and my order was sitting on the pickup shelf. Receipt clearly says curbside. Get the order home. Missing salad dressing and Zax sauce.. Do better!

This place has a lot of potential but is managed poorly, it’s not 2020 ppl, covid was 4 years ago, okay? There should be zero reason for lobby closure, especially when Uber drivers and door dashers, are tryna make they money, and can’t due to the industry nowadays. You had 15 drivers jumping out of drive thru and came to the door… OnLy because of my customer? I sure hope this doesn’t happen no more. All our orders were just sitting in the back? You have a whole pickup shelf… don’t want thief’s? Place it behind the counter or something… I mean jeez it’s ridiculous since Covid. All businesses turned into zero customer service Walmart, Zaxby’s, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, five below almost all of the Dollar General… I think the biggest problem in today’s day and age is there is no more customer service. It’s self-serve customers… not everyone wants this, I mean, you could really be helping people with just good customer service.
