I think I would rather poison myself than eat this food.

The worst chinese takeout i ever had… i order a SIMPLE chicken teriyaki with shrimp fried rice on the app for $9.90 i gave her a $20 bill and she only gave me $1.10 back. I tell her she owes me money in a pelite way. I couldnt understand what she said but all i heard was $18. I was upset about that but i just ignore it. Then i get home and its the COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER! She gave me COLD lo mien with some type of meat that doesnt even look, smell, or taste humane. The bag was completely soaked in sauce and ripped as soon as i tried to open it. I never complain but i had to share my experience. This completely unacceptable and i will never order from this spot again. Not to mention there were no napkins or silverware in the bag like i asked her. I wouldnt even come here for a last resort . And never order online

They have downgraded I had to go see for myself because some people have fake bad reviews the first batch of chicken they gave me looked good but was hard as a rock they gave me another and well it wasn’t hard but barely any sauce and just over all didn’t taste good as it used to be couple years ago

The worse Chinese food I have ever had in my life. I was so disappointed because I was really craving some good fried rice. It was disgusting, I’m mad I wasted 30$ on food from this place. Never again, I should’ve just waited to go to my normal place I order from.

Best Chinese food near Tremont and Old Brooklyn. We have been eating here since they opened like 25 years ago. Quick, tasty and consistent. General Tso’s is the best.

This place is TERRIBLE! The food was nasty, the peppered steak sauce tasted like dog food gravy smells. The General Tso’s chicken was overcooked and bland, the sides, similarly were overcooked and hard to eat.

Horrible! I ordered a combo with spring rolls. I had to cancel my order due to an personal emergency and I wasn’t able to go through with order. I called restaurant, this rude lady said she couldn’t cancel my order and hung up on me. I had to call delivery app I used to cancel and bank to make sure transaction didn’t go through. I was looking at reviews and I can’t believe this place is still open when I saw pictures of food with roaches! Definitely not the extra protein I’m looking for.

I don’t understand how this place got a 4.4 review rating. First glance at the food, and I was disappointed. The chicken immediately looked overdone and dry with odd looking spots near the “elbow” of the wings. Then there’s the taste… The rice, more imitation than uncle Ben’s with about half the flavor. I’m not even sure soy sauce/ duck sauce can save this place. I’ve even had “New York” style in states further away from NYC that had better flavor and visual appeal than this. I’ll let the coyotes have at this one because I’m sure the scavenger birds wouldn’t be satisfied either.

I’ve worked in the food service for over 20 years. Today was the first time I’ve ever purchased food from this restaurant. I ordered a small vegetable Lo Mein for $5.70. The Lo Mein was salty, greasy and the noodles were an orange color. The vegetables were over cooked. I would not recommend eating from this place.
