This location consistently doesn’t seem to have it together. I placed an online order and it stated it would be ready by a certain time. Long story short, it was not ready for another 15 min past the promised time. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the employee at the register didn’t have a bad attitude. It didn’t help he was wearing airpods and didn’t listen to have half of what you said. The employees didn’t seem to know what was going on or which orders they needed to fill. Other customers were having the same issue and complaining as well.

I got a signature sandwich with no pickles, but when I got the sandwich the bottom bun was as hard as a rock. It didn’t fold like normal bread, it was so hard that it snapped in half when folded. The top bun was just as bad around the edges. I ended up just eating the chicken in the middle.

Not the neatest or best Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to, but it got the job done. Convenient location for travel baseball families at nearby parks. Drive-thru service was fine. Attendant was friendly, and order was fulfilled accurately and promptly.

I’ve been eating at this Zaxbys on and off since I moved here in 2011. The problem with this particular Zaxbys is consistency. Either the food is AWESOME, tender, and delicious… or the chicken is dry and stringy and basically unchewable. I’ve never had in between. Each time I get bad chicken, I dont eat there for 6-7 months. Then I decide to try again and, again, its ALWAYS a risk to how its gonna be that day. Every other zaxbys I have ever eaten at has not had this issue.

These people don’t know how to put a simple order together. 4 finger plate with Cole slaw, fries, a sweet tea and ranch. I get no cole slaw, no ranch and soda. if you don’t know how to read an order go back to school!

After several disappointing visits, I’ve finally decided to not frequent this Zaxbys anymore. They’ll mess up your order and then act as though you’re in the wrong or even accuse you of lying. On my most frequent trip to this Zaxbys, I repeated my order three times at the drive thru and they still messed my order up. When I called to confront them about it, the manager didn’t even apologize. She simply said “You can get a refund or a new a replacement.” with a very nonchalant attitude.Oh, and of course I would have to drive back there to get either of those. All I wanted was an apology at the very least or any acknowledgment that they messed up my order. Instead that’s the response I received. I love Zaxbys and this used to be my favorite location but no more. Just come out and say you guys no longer care about customer service because your actions are definitely speaking for you.

If it’s going to take your staff 25 mins to prepare a meal for a single car in your drive threw how about making them pull up so the people in line behind them are not trapped in your concrete lipped line. Some of us only get a 30 min lunch break. Guess I wont eat today.

The last two times I’ve gotten food the fries have been horrible. I don’t know if they’re old, or underdone. But they’re always dark brown, not crispy, and firm.

When did it become OK to be obnoxious to you customers? I had a longer than expected wait at the drive through today so I first said hello, waited a little longer, had no response then tapped my horn. when i was at the window getting my food I was informed by Ivy A that the next time I was in the drive thru and blew my horn to get her attention I wouldn’t be served. I was a little taken back so I asked hey name. She simply responded with “Have a Nice day”, slammed the window and walked away. Her name was on the receipt – You have a nice day too Ivy!
