We ordered take out and everything was fresh and hot. The Chicken Fingers were not greasy and our whole family enjoyed them. Love the sauces! The fries that my son got were good and the loaded fries were delicious. Not greasy at all. No complaints at all on the food and service was good at the take out window.

Worst Zaxby’s location ever!! I ordered a Cobb salad and was given half of the amount of chicken as usual, only 1 piece of bacon, and about 5 pieces of onion topping. This was served with a piece of soggy toast that tasted like it had been soaking in oil all day. This location needs serious improvement.

The service is very quick! Only once have I received fries at this location that weren’t Absolutely Fresh but they weren’t outright cold either. The chicken, toast, Etc we’re all fresh and hot every time I’ve been at this location.

The food was good and fresh. I ordered wings and things for my daughter and I to share because I didn’t want to pay for two separate meals. The employee in drive-thru was not welcoming. No greeting, no smile. Although the food was good, the lack of good customer service makes me not want to return to this location. I really enjoy Zaxby’s salads which I had started eating last month. However, I will start going to the Zaxby’s on Herlong if I go back anytime soon. Their service is much better.
