You see that stack of barbecue sauce there, I had to pay an additional $.75 for them. After buying 2 big zax snacks, 1 chicken finger plate and 2 tacos spending a total of $48. One dipping sauce per plate is what they told me. Come to Zaxbys and enjoy trying to ration dipping sauce. #apocalypsetraining

We ordered take out and everything was fresh and hot. The Chicken Fingers were not greasy and our whole family enjoyed them. Love the sauces! The fries that my son got were good and the loaded fries were delicious. Not greasy at all. No complaints at all on the food and service was good at the take out window.

The chicken fingers/strips are not uniform in size which is great unless you get a bunch of chunky pieces (only happened once.)
Recently moved to the area. I have tried a lot of restaurants or fast food places in the area. In my 60 days, Zaxby’s has become my comfort food place.

I normally never write bad reviews, but after the food and customer service received from this location I just wanted to warn others! I picked up food and frequent this location a lot (never had an issue) so I drove off without checking as I had a screaming toddler in the back seat. Everything in my tray of food was full of coleslaw juice, my fries were cold and were supposed to have extra seasoning which they did not, and the chicken tenders were cold! I’m pregnant and honestly don’t trust eating them without knowing how long they have sat out after being cooked. I called to let them know and wasn’t looking for a refund or more food, but I was simply met with a “sorry” and nothing else. Probably lost my business and my family of 5!

While cs was ok , food could’ve been a lot better not to mention we spent nearly 50.00 and part of our order was missing which we couldn’t go back for ! Only my second time at a Zaxby’s restaurant & I’m not impressed in the least! In fact, I will not go to any Zaxby’s restaurant anywhere again anymore! Very dissatisfied & disappointed! As far as recommendation goes for this location in Rock Hill SC on home depot Blvd. ….. To each his own . Maybe the experience one has will be better than ours was so I say , have at it ! I wish all well !!

We eat at this location quite frequently.
Normally it is on point.
Last night’s order was bad, just bad.
The boneless wings were hard and seemed like they were hours old.
The fries tasted like they had been cooked for 30 seconds, they had that raw taste texture.
It was the worst two meals we have gotten there since we started eating there.
I tried calling a few times, no one answered and the app does not have an option to message the store or send in a complaint.
So, I hope management sees this.

This location is always fast and efficient. I go through the drive-thru and I never have to wait long. The food is freshly made. The service is excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this location. Keep up the good work!

I come to this location all the time and normally they be on it. However, today I came thru the drive thru and my food was not fresh. It tasted as if it was cooked food and had been sitting out and just was warmed. The chicken was not fresh and the fries were soggy. I threw the whole plate away and could not go back because was on lunch.
