The fries were cold, soft and unsalted. The toast was cold and dry. The chicken tenders were proper, the only acceptable portion of a 22$ purchase. The cashiers were more concerned with ensuring I was charged the 25 cents for additional sauce. I asked for 4 sauces equaling one dollar. It became such a an issue I gave what remained as a tip to just do better. Overall, the cashiers weren’t horrible just focused on the wrong things. Customer satisfaction and quality of food should be the only concerns. This is the second consecutive bad food experience with Zaxby’s in SC.

I went to this Zaxby’s and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had there. The cashier who took my order was rude, kept cutting me off while I was talking, and still managed to get my order wrong. I had to correct it again at the window, which was already frustrating enough.
When I got home 15 minutes away from this location I looked at my receipt and realized I had been overcharged for a meal I didn’t even ask for.
It’s disappointing to spend your money $74 to be exact somewhere that doesn’t value basic customer service or attention to detail. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Last night, January 15, 2026 I went to Zaxby’s off of Irby Street. I was pretty excited but knew I should’ve stuck with my gut feeling and drove the extra mileage to the one located on West Evans. Why? I gave my order which, was a little over $30. Only to get to the window to pay and they hand me the wrong drinks, which they corrected at the window. However, when I get home and get ready to eat EVERYTHING I ordered, was missing. The food was cold, the wings were old and the sauce I asked for was not on them, the tenders dry and small, the fries cold and maybe 8 in the box(if that), to top it ALL OFF, the toast was burnt. The lady at the window did try and be polite but the young man that was working along side her, rude and very unprofessional. I did call the location a few times to speak with a manager. I was put on hold once and after no one came back to the phone, I called back and there was no answer. I LOVE my Zaxby’s but I think I’ll have to stick with the West Evans location, because they WOULD NEVER. Highly disappointed customer!

We stopped at Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings and placed our order. Our meal was served hot and made with flavored. Our wait time was short. This restaurant was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. This restaurant offers dine-in services, a driver-thru and has plenty of parking spaces available.

When you door dash food zaxby have a tendency to not give you what they fix if you went to the restaurant. This the second time I went Large on my meal and have less fries.

Kevin the manager is the only guy that runs this correctly, when he’s not there all the other managers don’t care at all, I paid for 3 meals, and they tell me I don’t get no drinks with my meals, crazy thing I’ve ever heard, then we order the zax pack, like 45.00 box, we get 2 boxes with 4 prices of chicken and about 6 fry in each box.. they would do better by just closing down this location. Especially when you only got 1 manager who cares and the rest are there just for a check..

Ordered on the Mobil app drive through advised me to pull it into one. I sat TWENTY minutes finally took it upon myself to walk inside just to find my food sitting on a shelf to the left of the drive through door!

Ordered curbside, waited 20 minutes before I decided to go inside to see what the wait was for. Found my order on the mobile order shelf, which, isn’t too big of a deal, but I wish they would pay attention to whether an order is in-store pickup or curbside. In the same order however, I found a hair inside my drink lid where it connects to my cup. I come here for lunch often but this experience was very frustrating.

Without fail, every single time I come to this location, their toast is either burnt or the nibblerz meal bread is burnt. Picture attached for reference. I don’t know if it’s just the cook back there or the toaster that needs to be replaced. But when I go to the Zaxby’s on Evans St., I never run into this problem. But every week I come to this location, it’s always the bread that is burnt. I would not give this out to anyone that I wouldn’t eat myself just ridiculous. I didn’t want to take it to the review but this has to be fixed because management doesn’t seem to notice this issue with their toasters or cooks, which ever one is the issue… but I believe corporate should visit this location because things like this will drown a business if it is not stopped if DHEC find out about it. But anyways, If anyone is looking to eat at this location, I just pray your toast isn’t as burnt as mine always is. So long for wasting my money, service was not the best either. Sound unprofessional when greeted.
