My coworkers and I came to Zaxby’s at Tanger because we love the french fries. We ordered 3 large fries and a kiddie meal. First of all, my coworker sat in line to order and pay for almost 30 minutes of her lunch break. Next the fries that are so famous for the seasoning had none!!! This was such a dissapointment.

I had the worst food from any Zaxbys I’ve ever gotten at this Zaxby out near the time in North Charleston the order system was out. They didn’t have anybody with an iPad out ordering so you had a long wait the food I got. I think you’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for two weeks not Zaxbys quality the people inside the restaurant you could see them through the window. We’re just having fun and playing around Not really worried about the customer. I showed the franchisee checks on them every once in a while cause if not, he’ll be losing his franchise real soon didn’t receive any napkins silverware to eat with or anything or a plate five finger plate with slaw. I had to try to eat a slaw with the bread that was two weeks old. I’ll never be back to the store again. I promise you.

This location is terrible ! First off the service. The workers were rude and careless they gave me the wrong drink twice !! I asked for strawberry lemonade and instead of telling me they didn’t have it they gave me Minute Maid drinks that looked nothing like lemonade which made me question!. The wings are dry and burnt with barely any sauce on them. No zax sauce or anything I’m truly disappointed

It’s the kind of meal where halfway through, you’re already asking yourself, “Why am I doing this to myself?” You know, that moment when you realize fast food might be quick, but the regret sticks around longer than the flavor.
Now, the service. Ah, yes, the cherry on top—or should I say, the missing items in my bag? Granted, I strolled in 10 minutes before closing, but you’d think I asked them to cater my wedding. They forgot half the order, and by the time I noticed, the doors were locked, and the staff was probably halfway home. So, here I am with a partial meal and a full sense of regret. Classic.
Prices? Standard fast-food fare. Taste? Meh. Would I come back? Let’s just say I won’t be racing to the drive-thru any time soon.

They always make you pull forward at the drive-thru and wait 15 minutes then you get your food and it’s all soggy, burnt, dried out and has no sauce or silverware. Worst service and the inside is disgusting when you eat-in. The worst restrooms every time. Not going back anymore.

Slow service. Food was cold. Trash cans were overflowing and tables were left dirty the entire time we were there. If the front of the house is any inclination to how the back of the house looks and operates, they shouldn’t be open. Never going back again.
