Slow service. Food was cold. Trash cans were overflowing and tables were left dirty the entire time we were there. If the front of the house is any inclination to how the back of the house looks and operates, they shouldn’t be open. Never going back again.

The food was prepared quickly and was fresh when we received it. The food was hot and relatively tasty. One negative about the meal, The fries were not fried good though. They were soggy and not fried all the way. They still tasted raw. Otherwise the food was good.

First time here, ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders meal for $8.29 +tax. Asked for 1 additional sauce to finish my meal and they charged me .25 cents. When you’re a business that can’t afford to give a customer 1 additional sauce, you’re doing bad business. I prefer to pay the extra .25 on the original price than have to pay additional to finish your meal. .25 cents cost them a family of 5 never going back.

I ordered through the app and the restaurant/driver made the mistake of not getting my drinks. When I called back to receive a refund, I was told the drinks came with a meal so the GM couldn’t refund me for the drink. He didn’t seem like he wanted to give me a refund and directed me to call the doordash driver. But once the doordash driver drops off the order and mark it as complete they can’t go back. I felt like I wasn’t being helped and hung up. Horrible customer service.

Went through the drive through. Had 2 separate orders. They told me to pull up to the curb and it would be right out. The first order came out super fast. I then waited 15 mins for the other order and they still hadn’t brought it out. So I went inside and they told me that they already brought me my food. I told them they only brought the one order. They couldn’t find my other order. So I then had to wait another 15 mins for them to make the order.

We did not stay to try the food. An employee went straight from a dirty bathroom stall back into the kitchen to cook food. He didn’t wash his hands and there was urine all over the stall and floor too!

I’m not the type to leave a review like this, but the service and food today was incredibly unacceptable. Earlier today, I went to place my order, Shanique was working the register in the front. When I placed my order, she asked me three different times if I was dining in or taking out, she asked me three different times for my name, and then asked me two diffferent times what I wanted to order. The restaurant was not busy when I arrived or went in, which I could’ve understand had it been busy. When I got my order, all of my food was cold and the woman who gave it to me threw it at me. I can understand clarifying and everything, but her attitude is what is unacceptable in my opinion

Gave us uncooked chicken, and when we went to complain, the cashier and cook had the temerity to be rude and crack jokes on my godsister. I told them to refund our money and we can take our business elsewhere. The manager did call me back after I made a complaint. He was gracious, apologetic, and willing to rectify the situation. That is the only reason I’m giving service a 2. We had just got off the plane and picked up rental, we were starving, and we love some Zaxbys when we come to the south. So it was such a disappointment that we had terrible service and food. But, we did go to a next Zaxbys a few miles away that provided great service and followed our order directions, and we were back in a happy place.

First time customer, so I was surprised at the prices, but the chicken and fries were hot hot hot and the service fast and friendly! Not overly impressed with the seasoning or sauce, cost almost $9 for three piece dinner. They were out of ice tea, had to get soda for the combo drink, but the service was so efficient and food so hot, employees earned the five stars!

Generally enjoy Zaxbys but this time was just so so. The person who took our order was downright nasty. That was confirmed by customer speaking under there breath as I got a refill. Got a #1 tender meal. The tenders were oddly on dry side but the fries were really good. The place was clean and stocked.
