Should have only gotten milkshakes. Placed 3 orders $45.98. The chicken finger plate $14.69! comes w two sides, portion reflected one. This meal was the size of a kids meal. *removed the toast to get the full picture. The second order was the traditional wings meal $14.59 We could literally count the amount of French fries in the meal. The milkshakes were great. #39723391391875078

I originally had a 5 star review here, but things changed and I placed an online order today on my lunch break, assuming it would be a quick grab and go experience as it usually is, grabbed my food off the shelf and started walking near to door to leave and instead was interrogated about seeing my order number and name while my order was the only online order on the shelf and was approached indirectly and asked “can I see your order” multiple times. If you are gonna ask customers to verify their orders then put the orders behind the counter! Why would it make sense to put them on q shelf in the lobby and ask when they are leaving it’s annoying and unthoughtful. Also chicken tender was super small and they put the roast underneath the fries, to where it seemed I never got it. They need to fix how they box the food also.

I was pretty disappointed with this visit. The food came out cold, which really took away from the experience, and the service was slow even though it wasn’t very busy. The staff wasn’t rude, but everything felt unorganized and rushed. I usually enjoy Zaxby’s, but this location definitely needs to work on food quality and speed.

Had absolutely the best experience in this place! Tried for the first time since moving to the south I loved! The staff super friendly, specially grateful to Zequanda, that was very patient with us while choosing from the menu, explained our options and even let us try the different sauces! Thank you!!!!!!

After unsuccessfully messaging Zaxbys numerous times I’m being forced to post this review. This location has always been hit or miss as far as quality but this review is strictly due to lack of communication. I placed an order online New Year’s Eve. No big deal except they were closed. I was charged for the order and figured I could reach out and get a refund or credit. When I’ve called the phone just rings. When i try to go inside the doors are locked. When I send multiple messages on the app and website there’s never a single returned message. It wasn’t a huge amount of money ($22) but the fact that they won’t offer a refund or even a gift card when they know they weren’t open is beyond my understanding. Hopefully this gets someone’s attention. Otherwise I don’t see myself coming back to this location again.

Not too happy about the execution tonight, I asked if it was possible to get fries with seasoning on the side and was told yes, my girlfriend is allergic to a certain spice the seasoning has and we always share the fries since zaxbys does, give good portions. Luckily im a chef and know the ins and outs of a kitchen, before she went for her first fry I stopped her and checked them out, luckily for her I realized these werent unseasoned fries but they were fries previously seasoned just redropped into the deepfryer thinking itll knock the season off. It didnt work, there was plenty of seasoning on them. Couldve been a nice lawsuit but im smart.

I love Zaxby’s. Hands down some of the best chicken fast food restaurants ever. If I ever am in the south, I check out Zaxby’s because I love it so much.
Ordered the 3 Nibblerz Meal with extra zax sauce and BBQ. All of it was so good. Wish they would come to the Midwest.

This location has great service. The food is always good. I frequent about three locations in a normal month, and this location is very good.
I get the kickin chicken sandwich combo and only eat the tenders and the fries. I don’t eat the bread. However, I love the tongue torch and hot sauce mix on the sandwich. I always get extra seasoning for the fries because without it, they usually taste bland.
