Ordered a 5 piece tender combo with fries and a sprite. They said I have 2 regular tenders can I give you 3 spicy and I said yes. I get to the window and they hand me a coke. I politely let them know I ordered a Sprite. Then I am informed they are making fresh French fries and I needed to wait. I was happy to wait for fresh fries. I get to my office and I only have the two mild tenders so I paid almost $16 for 2 tenders fries and a drink. I called the store and both times it rang for 5 minutes and just hung up. This is absolutely unacceptable and I can’t just drive to the store and say hey you shorted me my tenders because I wouldn’t believe me either. This could have been resolved by them answering the phone and offering to make up for it at my next visit.

I had a very positive dining experience. The service was very friendly. I ordered the 3 piece chicken meal. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. I had a side of red beans and rice. This was very tasty and was a nice sized portion. The dining area was clean. I will certainly come back. Love that chicken from Popeyes.

I had a great experience at Popeyes thanks to Barbara! We had a misunderstanding while ordering fries, and I was feeling frustrated, especially with hungry kids in tow during our vacation. Barbara approached the situation with patience and understanding, calmly explaining the options and helping us find a solution. Walked in this evening because my son wanted fried chicken and he’s never been to Popeyes (we live overseas)
Lady behind the counter was very helpful and the food was as I expected. My son even enjoyed the biscuit and he usually doesn’t like them. I can recommend this location, thank you!

Ordered a “16 pc. classic signature chicken family meal – white” via the mobile app. There were main 3 issues with our order.
1. The side of cajun fries we specified in our order was missing. Luckily, we checked the bag inside the store and were able to quickly replace it.
2. The version of family meal we ordered was supposed to come with “Breasts & Wings”, all white meat, split 50-50 between spicy and normal. We found that the normal pieces were all wings, and the spicy box was the only one that included breasts.
3. The staff, specifically the manager, refused to correct the breasts/wings issue. The receipt on the bag printed specifically wings (no breasts) for the normal pieces, and the manager refused to correct the mistake because it was the receipt printer’s mistake, “not [his] issue”. Even after we showed him the receipt we had online, the manager still refused to correct the order saying that he can only go by what the receipt says.
In summary, food good as always, service way below par. Expect to be inconvenienced at best, ripped off at worst. Unless you plan on taking the time to pick out and order each specific item on your mobile order, you will likely have a missing or incorrect item on your order. And do not expect them to correct it, because they will most likely refuse.

I love Popeyes but I will never go to this location again. Walked in for lunch. I was the only one at the counter. I was not acknowledge, or said we will be right with you. After 5 minutes walked out and went next door to Wendy’s. Such a shame – hope you hospitality skills improve.

I always get reminded why I should never come yo this location. Not only is it dirty, but the staff is far from taking hygiene seriously. I went to pick up my food. The person working the counter wore a mask INCORRECTLY. Not something thst should be seen if you are serving food. The last visit was also a negative experience regarding health concerns and hygiene concerns from management. Restaurant is in a great location but they need to clean it and its staff up.
