Was talking WITH the drive-thru mic on as if I wasn’t there and it was alot of ppl in the line (I hope they don’t have a time limit) then I pulled up to the window and she asked me what order I had and that was the wrong order so I told them I have a pickup, got my food and opens the box as driving away and I have NOT ONE PECK OF SEASONING ON MY FRIES?! LIKE WHAT THATS WHAT I MAINLY CAME FOR PLUS ON THE APP I SAID EXTRA SEASONING like is it that hard?!! Atleast they gave me an extra tender im guessing they might’ve ran out of seasoning idk but the food was hot and fresh

I just arrived in Columbia, South Carolina today and decided to stop at Zaxby’s. Let me tell you—the Cobb Salad was absolutely out of this world! It came loaded with lettuce, crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, chopped chicken, a boiled egg, 2 different shredded cheeses, bacon, and those crunchy little onion pieces that are simply amazing. The Texas toast on the side was the perfect touch.
Honestly, this is the best salad I’ve ever had. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Zaxby’s. If you’re looking for a delicious place to eat in Columbia, this is it!

Been sitting in a 2 car driveway for 20 minutes and my order hasn’t even been taken. Never again Half of my lunch break is gone the manager that was there at 1:00 p.m. was very rude very nasty hostile attitude it’s one thing to say oh the drive through cash register stopped working park your car come in I come in ready to order payment handy now this register isn’t working you can’t upside your drain for the inconvenience everything is our fault and I told her I would leave a review so now she says well we can’t start making your food you’re going to complain and you told the other lady to make a review about her inconvenience as well as she should this is such a disappointment in the middle of a lunch hr. But what I found funny was they couldn’t take payments but yet they took cash from certain individuals during the same time what were you doing with the cash?

Store is contracted with Uber so that they are able to have delivery services. If a driver steals a customers food it’s not the customers responsibility to compensate for YOUR loss. You guys allow these drivers to pick up orders without making them hit the pick up button in the app. That is YOUR fault. If they pick up the order and cancel it repeatedly Uber would know they are stealing. Literally ordered dinner at 8p.m. restaurant denied to make my order until closing so it couldn’t be canceled. Had my money tied up for hours on a mistake y’all caused. Insane.

The lady behind the register was the only saving grace. The ran out of toast, long line waiting on the for chicken to cook, and the nibblers buns were burnt. Bathroom smelt worse than the way the pictures look. If you are in Columbia, skip this zaxbys and go to the next.

Pulled up and line was around the building and doors were locked. Patiently waited and got to window at 845(waited bc I had already paid) lady with long eyelashes opened window with an attitude. When I asked if my food was still going to be hot(she took it from the counter were several other orders were) she nastily said “I don’t know if your food is hot “ when I asked for it to be remade she got nasty and started cussing behind the window while picking in her scalp/wig with another girl with long braids( neither has on a hair net) I told them I wasn’t leaving until I had fresh food. After another nearly ten minutes they hand me food and I pull up to

I called corporate and kept them on the phone so they could hear. Manager with a name tag that said Allison (older black skin lady) came out covered in flour and had my tenders sauces and gave me my missing slaw. I got to car only to realize we didn’t have our sauces or straws but at this point I’m over it

The Texas toast was stale,and it had that reheated microwave taste to it. The ends of the bread were definitely chewy.

I stopped at Zaxbys today and got the Big Zax Snak. It was the absolute best, it includes crispy chicken tenders, perfectly golden and full of flavor, fresh Texas toast and a generous portion of seasoned fries!
Every one was kind to me and was pleasing to talk to. This meal hit the spot and I will be definitely going back!
