Wow! The service here is awesome, I sat in here just to have a cup of coffee, I was watching the workers and I have to say they are doing an amazing job. The way they greeted everyone that walks in, they’re very polite to everyone, and they stay constantly busy. I appreciate ALL the employees that took time to work on this Valentines Day. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

A totally bizarre older woman works here who needs to be taken off of the drive-thru. The woman who keeps saying “wicked good”. Like first of all lady, we’re not in New England, we’re in Albuquerque. Most people aren’t going to know what you’re talking about. The major issue is that she keeps interrupting when taking an order. You’ll be in the middle of speaking and she goes “Great! Yeah! What else!”. Um, lady, I’m not done? And then when I go to pay with my phone, she’s pushing down on my phone with the scanner and shoving my hand and the phone like making me try to drop it? And in the process of doing that she scans the phone multiple times, ringing up not only MY order but 2 other orders that aren’t even mine on top of that. That had me having to go back the next day after noticing to fix her “mistake”. This person just gives off a good bit of incompetence and should probably get a retrain.

This place warmed up our souls we pulled up to the drive-through is my daughter’s 10th birthday. She was dying to get Starbucks so I found a Starbucks ordered a drink for my daughter. I was just saying it’s for my daughter’s birthday was not expecting what they gave. They gave my daughter cool awesome drink, and wrote happy birthday on the drink and gave it to us for free. That was amazing thank you guys for being amazing and making our day. Better thanks to you Mr. Kee!

This is probably my favorite Starbucks location. It has the same great atmosphere and food, but this location stands apart for its superb service. They are always kind and friendly here, but recently I went here for something healthy that my wife suggested to help me get over my cold. I didn’t know what it was called, but I mentioned to them that I wasn’t feeling well and told them what my wife said. They were very patient and made a recommendation based on that information. When I went to the window to pick up my order, they greeted me with a smile and told me that they hoped I got better soon. It was a simple, yet very kind thing to do that made a great experience for me. I highly recommend this location, and I plan to continue going here.

I think this is the Eubank location I also frequent the Juan Tabo location as well. I have a favorite drive thru person who is so helpful and pleasant her name is Roz she has been taking care of me for a few years now. Also there is a new addition to the crew at Eubank her name is Ana she is also very helpful and pleasant. Coz has never been unpleasant nor has she ever botched my order. She is a gem and makes my visit pleasant. The manager at Eubank on the other hand is not so pleasant I think his name is Ivan. Thank goodness for good employees to make up for managerial short comings.

We waited in the drive thru line for a long time. They made my order wrong 2 times. The worker noticed the first time it was made wrong and took it back to remake it when they remade it it was still wrong but I was tired of sitting in the drive thru for all that time. My partner only ordered a flat white. I order a mocha frap no whip with almond milk. I think they gave me the cookie one because it was full of chunks and cookie bits. that is NOT what I asked for. The second one was also not blended fully like they just rushed it. Doesn’t starbucks still have just a plain mocha frap? If I wanted the cookie one I would have said the cookie one. I guess really emphasize what you want or they will just assume what they think you mean. Extra star because the worker was at least nice and did catch it the first time. Also it is yummy, just not what I wanted. Sorry Eubank Starbucks 🙁

We arrived at the location around 5:50 PM, but they wouldn’t let us in. Instead, they signaled for us to use the drive-thru, and they even seemed annoyed that we had arrived. I found this very rude, especially since we specifically chose this location because their website indicated that their store were open until 8 PM. The schedule on the QR code on the door confirmed the same hours! While I understand closing the store 30 minutes before regular closing time, and have people going through the drive-thru, to have time to clean I don’t think it’s acceptable to close two hours early. It had just rained, and I felt that they were reluctant to deal with cleaning the floors because of it. We ended up going to the one on Gibson, where the staff was much friendlier and more polite.

This place is better than it used to be. They used to let homeless come in and sit outside on the sidewalk. Was never pleasant. Looks luke they realized people stopped going and changed the situation. Service was nice.
