In honor of Black History Month, the have Vinny the skeleton being lynched and hanging from the ceiling. An African American worker saw this and the remaining staff who were all Caucasian said that it’s “dark humor” and to take a joke!!! The worker quit after this and posted it to facebook. I’m disgusted with this. Absolutely unacceptable, and there’s no excuse for this. It’s heartbreaking to say the least. Shame on you Chipotle.

Overpriced! For a quesadilla from the kids menu was 6$ with just cheese and the tortita!!!. My husband’s burrito was apparently quite tasty, but he wanted the stake and it was too old and dry so he selected the chicken. Also we sadly declined the guac because it would have added 3 more bucks. Bonkersssss!!!!!!

I went here twice before and the food and service was great. This time I go in and there is a sign on the door saying MOBILE ONLINE ORDERS ONLY – SHORT STAFFED- This is after the location in Titusville was OUT OF STEAK AND CHICKEN. THIS seems to me to be A SERIOUS management problem and therefore a corporate problem. It’s a shame because the food is great but this company as a whole needs to do better. Went to McCallisters – great food and service as always and only 2 doors down. Tighten up your management and hiring and please do it quickly!

Every time I come here the place is an absolute mess. I had to get damp napkins to clean off a table to eat. I sat for an hour and didn’t see anyone wipe tables down. It was 2:30pm. Get it together Chipotle!

Placed online order that could be read. Took burrito home no sauces or vegetables in lauded. D
Server was not friendly and was not able to return order in the store and have remade so I wasted money on pre tip for incorrect order and since this was my dinner, also had to figure out a new plan.
Dry burrito but server who fixed it leaves the store smiling. I used to have no problems with Chipotle but regret placing this order and not being able to get situation rectified in a timely manner but paid my money makes me think twice. Will not place another online order with chipotle. If not made in your face it may be incorrect and you are treated like you did something wrong

Honky Tonk Guy
Came again on a Friday night, can’t afford to go out so figured we’d get chipotle. Gave us a tablespoon of rice, a tablespoon of steak…not out of multiple items again this week…girls not very nice, seem like they hate their jobs, overloaded us in salsa and it leaked through the container and bag all over our car. Every time someone in front or behind me is upset they don’t have something. Can you please do a better job on the weekends, huge fan and just want to be able to get food here…
Not that great on Friday 11/21 at 8 pm. Small portions, not friendly, just zoomed through…also, didn’t ask to scan my rewards again….:/ can’t always win I guess. Gabriella was the clerk. Not friendly at all. Girl serving portions literally gave me a quarter scoop of chicken, asked for double and got less than ever before on both bowls. Bunch of stuff was out and seemed like they didn’t want to make more. Would avoid on weekends.
Great staff and food always fresh. Only rough when you come in on weekend in the evening. Besides that always friendly and always good vibes. One of my favorite locations ever!

Placed an order online. Went to pick up and it was sitting on the shelf “m- (maybe s)”. The bag had my ticket on it with my name. I drove back to my office and opened the bag to find someone elses order placed in it. I drove back to Chipotle and nicely asked for this to be rectified. The staff found this funny and said they were not sure if they could fix the issue. One guy came over and said he could fix it. While the bag set on the counter (hoping they would read the ticket and correct the food) the lady behind the counter abruptly pushed the bag at me and told me to throw it away. From there things only escalated. Needless to say- I highly recommend visiting anywhere else.

Very DIRTY Chipotle! That said, I LOVE the food, The employees are so very nice and helpful. We eat at this Chipotle at least once a week sometimes 2-3 times a week so an average of 8-9 times a month as I can’t get enough Guacamole!
We always eat in the dining area and I can say, EVERY TIME we visit this location the dining area is DISGUSTING!
When trying to find a table to sit ALL have leftover food and crumbs, The trash can is overfull ( See Pic ).
Many, many employees working the counter and the kitchen but I have NEVER seen an employee servicing the dining area!
Why not Chipotle? This is constantly the dirtiest restaurant in the greater Myrtle Beach area!
IMO, this is a VERY bad reflection on management and or ownership as it does not take much to direct one of those many employees to hit the table tops with some cleaner every hour on the hour and take the trash out regularly.
This is not a one off experience as its the NORM and dirty EVERY visit I make!
This location has a problem as the dirt is so bad and after every visit I can now only assume its a bad business / management / ownership culture problem as its always dirty!
The dining area floor is so dirty / stained it looks to have been 6 months to a year between a moping if ever.
I’m not a clean freak ( far from it ) but is me expecting at least one clean table to sit down at during lunch over my last 30 visits to much to ask?
It is so bad every time I visit I’m starting to wonder how dirty the kitchen area might be.
Its a shame as the food and employees are great!
I once heard it said “PEOPLE EAT WITH THEIR EYES”
Next time you walk in the front door just look around….

I’ll start by saying I love this chipotle but getting cheap and putting tacos in the aluminum foil is cheap and a mess could atleast individually wrap them or something . The girl told me it’s chipotles new way of doing the tacos
