I had a great experience at Zaxby’s thanks to Johnny, the manager working the window. From the moment I pulled up, he greeted me with a friendly attitude and a genuine smile in his voice. Even during a busy rush, he stayed calm, professional, and incredibly efficient.
Johnny made sure my order was accurate, fresh, and handed out quickly. He double-checked everything and even took a moment to thank me for coming by, which really stood out. It’s rare to see that level of customer service and attention to detail at the drive-thru window.
You can tell he takes pride in his work and leads by example. If every location had a manager like Johnny, the experience would always be top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service he provided!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the wonderful young lady working at Zaxby’s who helped me during my visit. She was incredibly polite, patient, and attentive. It’s so refreshing to see someone her age demonstrate such a strong work ethic and genuine kindness toward customers.

Staff was getting hit pretty hard when we arrived, and my first thought was to go somewhere else. However I quickly noticed how quickly the staff was taking care of the customers ahead of us. They were organized, proficient, and worked together as a team systematically knocking the orders out in swift fashion. Not to mention the orders were correct. There was not an unhappy customer in the building or drive thru. I was impressed to say the least. This group of employees should be commended for their poise and professionalism. Yes I’m talking about the backend as well not just the front end. They were a team and they demonstrated how a team should work. Great job

I was at Zaxbys today. The food was excellent. The young lady at the drive thru was courteous and polite. Katelynn O. Well done Zaxbys. You did good hiring this one. My neice called when i pulled away from the drive thru wanting me to pick her something from Zaxbys and I thought it would be faster if I walked in. I noticed a new face in the kitchen. Tall dark hair nice looking guy. I assume he was the cook. I will ask for his name the next time I go in. Food was delicious. Another good hire for Zaxbys. Keep up the good work. The food is always delicious and I love eating here. My only qualms are the fact that 95% of the time I order food delivered, they get something wrong. Whether it’s no toast with my salad, the wrong dressing with my salad, and occasionally the amount of chicken that comes on the salad. I feel as if it should be the same amount every time(whether it is weighed or whatever) but sometimes I will get a salad and it looks like 5 small squares of chicken are on it.
Other than that, the food is always good and when I go in, the employees are always polite and helpful.

We went through the drive-thru today and a gentleman named D had GREAT customer service and it was very refreshing! Our son loves the chicken tender meal with barbecue sauce so we go there ever so often. The customer service is usually alright, but D was very kind, patient, and professional. The food always tastes better when the customer service is great! Thanks D!
