The atmosphere is homey and this place could easily become the local gather spot for Straw Plans early risers and the farming community. Great service. Best coffee. Friendly people. I really hope this place stays around. If you’re nearby, you should definitely give it a try.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 stars is because 2 out of the 3 times I’ve gotten sausage biscuits, they were not cooked all the way and still too doughy in the middle. The top of the biscuit was delicious!

Don’t be mislead by the view pulling up to the restaurant. The farm family atmosphere reminded me of my West Virginia home. The food was hot and fresh and country goodness! Don’t miss this small cozy home cooked special.

I’m 42 (2025), and I have lived in the south almost my entire life; did some military service. Anyways, they have the best biscuits that I have ever had, their sausage is farm fresh top tier, so are the eggs, their milk is second to none, they have amazing fresh honey, and they are the nicest people. This place is the epiphany of family owned and farm fresh. I feel sorry for anyone that has never experienced this amazing food. They also have a little country store, with jellies, jams, and meat. I stop by almost everyday for a sausage biscuit.

This little family owned and operated “country store” is an amazing little “hidden gem” and a real flash from the past! Everything from the breakfast menu is all home cooked and fresh from the farm! I’m not a sausage person much but their breakfast sausage gravy is just like the old days and delicious! You won’t find a better burger anywhere else, it’s fresh and you can taste the difference in the meat quality. Very down to earth, good old fashioned country folks! They treat you like family!

We had a work lunch meeting here and it was above and beyond. The service is outstanding and friendly. I had the Farhouse Burger with fries and it was well made. Definitely recommend a quick visit.
