I wish I could give them 0 to be honest. We ordered food at 9:18. Waited for 15 mins. Drove home and my salad looked like they put barely anything in it. The box wasn’t even half full. I got the Buffalo blue salad . There were no blue cheese crumbles . Drove back to the restaurant and it’s now 9:42. Pull up to the window and was told they are no longer serving food that the kitchen is closed. ( they close at 10) told to pull to window. Jacob S the manager on duty was rude from the beginning. He questioned if I had ate some of the salad , if I actually came thru the drive thru to get food , and if I even had a receipt . He said he didn’t see the issue and that the kitchen was closed so there’s nothing he can do. Then asked what I was expecting him to do about it .
Mind you, I came back because they messed up my order. I said “well since the kitchen is closed , I guess can I just get a refund since it was yalls mess up and you aren’t willing to fix it?” He took my salad from me , and said well do you even have your card you paid with? Like I stole the card or something?!?!
So not only did he not offer to fix the salad , which is all I wanted, he also took the salad . I came back 17 mins before they closed and only wanted them to add cold items to my salad to make it the WAY I ORDERED IT! He made me feel like I was the one that did something wrong ?!?!?!
I’ve been in the service industry for 23 years and I can not believe how this guy treats his guests. They need to change some things or they won’t be there long.
Advice for Jacob S: you really need to work on your guest services and personality. The way you treated me tonight was disgusting and unprofessional. If you hate your job so much, pick a different career.

Very unprofessional place I ordered my food and it was almost closing in time but they told me I could order online. I ordered my food and I only got half of what I ordered. This little kid almost got in my face kind of like saying hey we’re closed. When I got my food, it was not what I ordered. This is very unprofessional. There was no insight inside a manager or somebody thats in charge. It was full of little 15-year-olds or 16-year-olds that where Taking care of the place. I hope to reach out to whoever is in charge of Zaxby’s because I did not see an adult insight. I expect somebody to reach out to me and I expect a full refund.

Ordered 2 zax snacks.and provided no texas toast. This is by far the worst Zaxbys that I have ever been too and let’s not talk about how long the wait is and there was only 4 cars in drive thru. If they dont tighten up it wont be here long. Corporate please intervene

We have been through this drive through a number of times. They have recently opened. Today, Cassidy helped us in the drive through. She was polite, courteous, and cheery. She processed the order and all things went great. Thanks for helping us in a kind and cheery way. Both efficiency and a great attitude are an asset to any company. Thanks again!

Best service!!!! Even when they’re about to close (I really didnt mean to order last minute), they’re apologizing for the wait time, they have been super friendly, running around to get everyone their food in a timely manner! Hands down best service i have received at a Zaxbys, and honestly 80% of the places I have been! Great staff for a brand new location! Kudos to Madison and Jason!!!!

Been to this location twice. First time, had to wait forever because they gave someone else my food. Whatever. Mistakes happen.
Tonight, I waited about 15 minutes before the drive thru attendant brought my food. It wasn’t all of it because I was missing a drink so I waited. And waited. And waited some more. She finally returned and seemed puzzled why I was still sitting there. Upon inspecting the food in the bag, it wasn’t mine. At this point, I gave her the wrong order back along with my change and receipt, and asked for a refund. I watched another worker stand at a cash register for at least 10 minutes trying to figure out how to void my order. Finally, after at least 30 minutes since I’d ordered, she brought me my money.
Went to Cookout down the road and got an accurate order in less than 5 minutes from speaker to pulling away. Don’t waste your time at Zaxby’s.

Went in, very clean, friendly staff and very quick too! Food tasted great as well! Far better than the copperfield location. People need to give them a break when they literally JUST opened very recently, let them iron out the issues, learn the job and become established like any new place.
