Service was fast and friendly. Our food was nice and fresh. Definitely enjoyed seeing clean floors and restrooms! Food was delicious! Parking lot was full and the drive thru was booming! Was nice to see it running smoothly on a busy day! Everyone was in and out as we sat and enjoyed people watching! We definitely enjoy the Denver,NC location on days we have doctors appointments! I think this is possibly the worst Zaxby’s I have ever been to. Every single time I go to order food, they get someone wrong. The last straw was when I ordered the fingers plate and asked for teriyaki and plain fries. I got wings with no teriyaki, then I got fries that were seasoned. I just got my money back. It’s always an issue with this particular location, and this is after I complained to the manager over the phone. One time is fine. Over and over and over and OVER again … Gets old.

Food was lukewarm at best and was clearly cooked at least an hour earlier, kept under a warmer (rubbery and chewy). I asked for one part of my meal to be replaced, but should have done so with the entire order. The management will get one more chance to prove to me that they care about quality, at which time I will update this review. Things happen, and I hope the next meal will be hot and fresh like all food should be served for a pleasant experience.
