I highly recommend a visit to this establishment should you be within a ten-mile radius, as they offer exceptional sandwiches, soups, and salads, all prepared with the freshest ingredients. Their commitment to outstanding customer service is paramount, and they provide a unique selection of beverages, complemented by delightful desserts, including complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries for each patron. The ambiance is truly remarkable. Did I mention the price is very reasonable for a nice size bowl of soup and a big salad.

Wish there were more of these around. A million times better than Sweetgreen when it comes to selection and quality.
Portions are large.
The staff is helpful when asking about certain dishes and customizing your order.
That said, the decor is kinda weird. Lots of strange angles and the floor layout is bizarre – which is not a huge deal, it just doesn’t create a great vibe in there. A bit to industrial for my taste.
That said – the food is great and the chocolate covered strawberries are a nice touch.

Ordered the Korean kick bowl and it had more mixed greens than rice. Barely any BBQ sauce yet that one gave it good flavor. When I went there there was one person in front of me ordering and it took the employee 5 minutes to make one order. During the process, I think they were burning the chicken since it smelled bad. Anyway, I don’t like how to try to sell you a cup of strawberries drowned in chocolate that will harden before you get to sit down for almost $20. But anyways I like how all of their ingredients are fresh!

I ordered combo of soup and salad and when I told a lady that my salad looks extremely “naked” , I was told that it was half salad and not a whole. I understand it was half salad but looks like no veggies are there. Than she dumped extra of some corn while saying that normally they charge for extra ingredients. At the registered I was charged for that corn 69 cents. …..

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The customer service is AWFUL. My friend and I placed an order online for pick up through the app by 11:30. When we arrived through the pick up drive through, no one answered at the window, so we went inside. The workers were rude telling us to wait and step aside, without even asking for the pick up name. After 20 minutes of trying to find out where our order was and when it would be ready, we had to leave since we are teachers and our lunch hour was ending. We left without our food. Note, there were many others waiting for their pick up orders, door dash etc, but no line for regular walk in customers? So the place was truly not “busy”. To top it off, my friend called to receive a refund to which no one answered and their call center said “all you can do is keep calling”. Literally insane. I didn’t get any food and I STILL had to pay for it?!? The food is good, but after the level of frustration I dealt with today, I will not be returning. I will not support a company that has such incredibly poor customer service.

I Stopped by Cafe Zupas in Bloomingdale and ate the Chipotle Glazed Salad and it did not disappoint! The mix of the chipotle ranch and honey cilantro glaze (extra on the side) gives it the perfect balance of smoky and sweet. Love that they don’t skimp on the Hass avocado and those crunchy tortilla strips. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the atmosphere here is always clean and welcoming. Definitely a go-to spot for a healthy but filling lunch!

I hate that I’m making this review, but I have to. The hand hygiene and lack of proper glove usage is atrocious. The amount of cross contamination that happens because someone wants to use THEIR HANDS (instead of the utensils provided) to prepare salads and fruit bowls amazes me. There are vegan options, but eat at your own risk if you have allergies. Nice workers, REALLY NICE, but if Public Health saw that…wouldn’t be a good thing. Please retrain the whole staff. It’s THAT bad. Like, “pick a marker off of the floor, scratch your head, pick up a dirty towel, then prepare your food with their hands” bad. Unfortunately, that’s not an exaggeration.

Food was good. Salad portions were ridiculously small. Tri-colored peppers? I got 8 pieces. Cauliflower? Maybe 3 pieces. Onions? a tablespoon at best… Why so stingy with the extras? I even paid extra to add more things, so why short me?
