Food sucked, I got the traditional wings the lemon pepper at that! The wings were wet with a watery lemon season, nothing like the commercial, nasty , fried hard, just for my 9 old kid and almost 35$ for some food that wasn’t worth it. We got free tenders and they were salty, I’ma stick to chick flia, where the food is much better and fresh. The customer was amazing to my surprise, and the atmosphere very crowded and business, but the food nasty and salty, the need fresh oil or something, I kept it very blunt and honest, they lost me for a customer for ever.

“I visited Zaxby’s recently to order a kids’ meal, and my total was $6.18. I paid $6 via Apple Pay and 18 cents in cash. The employee, Autumn, accepted the nickel and dime but refused the pennies and then asked for a dollar instead. Rather than explaining clearly, she vaguely said it was a new federal law, but didn’t offer a real solution. I was confused because she took the dime and nickel but not the pennies, and instead of just asking for another small coin, she just gave me my money back with a bad attitude. She didn’t greet me, seemed impatient, and was dismissive, especially after dealing with another customer. I was already feeling unwell being pregnant, and her attitude just made things worse. I hope management trains staff to communicate better and stay positive, especially in a front-facing role.”

The young man working the drive-thru, Zak, was so nice. We’d never been to Zaxby’s before and he had no problem giving us a rundown of the options.
The pickles, sweet tea, and the cheesecake bites were so good.
I wasn’t a big fan of my chicken fingerz though. They were sort of gummy and surprisingly small for the price. I would not choose those again.
