Worst taco salad ever. I can’t belive this was $9. Also taco salad comes with a small chili. I also ordered a small chili as well. Only 1 chili. I was very disappointed. And me driving back to Wendy’s a fighting traffic to pick it up is not an answer. When it is the stores fault, they should provide a voucher and send door dash

This was worst customer service experience ever at this Wendy. The Manger had a nasty attitude and was very disrespectful. My sandwich had a big plastic bag bread tag in it and she was nasty to me because I asked for a refund for my whole order and not just the sandwich . This could have killed me if swallowed. This was very unsafe and unsanitary. Crazy part is I had almost finished my food when I seen this. I even called the store prior to returning and the manager or supervisor Jeremy I believe his name was knew exactly what it was and told me what it was. All she had to do was refund me my order and I could have went on about my business. This could have been handled in a more professional and respect way.

I had a deeply concerning experience at Wendy’s that I feel obligated to share. I placed an order through the app and picked it up via the drive-thru after 7 PM. I was hungry and took a few bites while driving to my next errand—only to discover when I got home that the chicken was completely raw, not just undercooked, but visibly RAW.
I immediately contacted Wendy’s customer support line and was told someone would reach out to me shortly. That was three weeks ago. Since then, I’ve:
Sent a follow-up email to the original report — no response.
Submitted another report through the website — still nothing.
Posted on Facebook — received a reply asking for more time until 7/15, but no follow-up.
Replied to the email from the Facebook team — ignored.
Called again — was told a supervisor would get back to me. Still waiting.
Mistakes happen, but what’s truly unacceptable is the complete lack of concern or follow-up. No one from Wendy’s has even asked if I got sick — which I did. I suffered from food poisoning, missed work, couldn’t attend a graduation, and haven’t been able to eat chicken since. This could have been life-threatening for someone with a compromised immune system.
Wendy’s, this isn’t just about a bad meal — it’s about food safety and basic accountability. I expected better.

A below average location. We picked up drive through and despite there being only 1 person in front of us, we waited for 10 minutes to receive our food. The food was very average and the fries were soggy. Would not come back.

I placed a mobile order to save time, only to be stuck in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes. When I finally reached the window, I was told they were out of bacon and simply could not make my meal. Instead of offering a substitution or a refund, I was told they had no way to cancel the order at the store level.
The employee I dealt with, Arielle, was incredibly rude and unhelpful during the interaction. There was no apology and no solution offered. To make matters worse, I used loyalty points for part of this order which are now lost.
I reached out to Wendy’s support through the app to rectify this and get a refund, and they were just as bad as the store. They were dismissive and borderline rude, acting as if this operational failure was somehow my fault. I am still trying to get my money back. This was a total loss of time and money. I will never return to this location, and after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering Wendy’s as a whole.

Everytime I get a burger from here the bread is always stale or half the bun is hard. I use to drive from Milford to this location for nuggets because they had the best but lately they are not good. Quality is lacking

Love Wendy’s food when I need something quick and my friend and I just had the best experience at the Rehoboth Beach location. We received excellent customer service from Arielle. She was very friendly and accommodating. She ensured that we received fresh food and even went in the back to get my friends favorite soda because it was sold out in the lobby.

Me and my husband ate at this location today. The food was very dry and barely warm. We decided to dine in to escape the cold day outside (22 degrees). They had the heat completely off inside the restaurant. It was freezing inside so trying to enjoy the meal was pointless. So not recommend this location at all.

Got to the location before midnight, and waited in the drive thru line for 10 mins for them to state they are only accepting door dash or mobile orders. I asked to speak to the manager on shift and she stated that they were 50 orders behind and if I wanted to come in and work then I could get my food. I asked why there was no signage or person outside to direct the traffic away if they were not accepting orders any more and the response I got was that they weren’t allowed outside.
