We love eating here at this zaxbys, Our favorite chicken spot. We love the asian salad the most and they just informed us they’re about to have a asian wrap. Are you kidding me? this place couldn’t get any better they got me spending my money after informing me of the wrap coming soon. we cannot wait to try it. Thank you to the locals, and lovely staff here that make this place beyond great.

First time here. Absolutely love. Lots of flavor on chicken itself, and the sauce is really good. I prefer this place over its counterparts; the other chicken finger places have zero flavor and the house sauces are mid. Really wish I had one closer; I’d frequent it.
Hopefully the tacos become a permanent menu item so I can try them next time. Salads are huge, too.
Cheesecake bites are a must.

This place is amazing thru and thru, there use to be issues.. but I don’t see those negative people anymore! and I’m so glad this establishment has stepped in the right direction. I came in today and all of my food was fresh and tasted amazing, whoever was back there did a great job! And the 2 guys up front were so professional. Although I had a bit of a wait… the cashier told me yall were short staffed today so it’s completely understandable I was overall l satisfied with my visit today and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a friendly atmosphere with fresh amazing food!!

Man, where do I begin… Our last trip to this Zaxby’s location was reprehensible and unacceptable, even for a fast food restaurant.
Food:
– Chicken was extremely dry, hard, and tasted as if it had been sitting under a burner all day long.
– Fries were soggy and had zero salt.
– Sandwich wasn’t constructed properly.
Service:
– We walked up to the counter with one person ahead of us, and as soon as he was done with his order, the associate at the register just walked off without saying anything, and my wife and I stood there, waiting to order our food for 10 minutes straight before we had another associate walked past us, didn’t even look at us, and she said “he will be right with you”. It was another 10 minutes before the previous associate came back.
– When the associate returned, we were starting to order, and he interrupted us and asked us to step aside so a previous customer could finish paying out due to a payment issue they had. Seriously??? Why wasn’t this taken care of before us? After making us wait for 20 minutes to order the food, then you interrupt us?
– Once that associate was ready to take our order, we ordered our food. My wife (very clearly) ordered a 5 piece boneless wing combo, and the associate put our order in wrong as a 4 tender combo.
Atmosphere:
– The restaurant dining room was absolutely FILTHY. Wrappers, straws, soiled napkins, spilled soda, food pieces/crumbs, ALL of which covering basically every square inch of the dining room. Trash cans overflowing, no wet floor signs (and my wife is at a fall risk due to her pregnancy, so this was extremely concerning), and the speakers overhead had a painful, annoying high pitch whine to them.
My wife and I elected not to complain to any managers or corporate about the long list of grievances, as we were on a time crunch and determined it wasn’t worth the hassle.
I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this Zaxby’s location, unless some serious positive changes take place.

I stopped here and went thru the drive thru. I ordered three kids meals and three fries. I had 6 drinks. I got three kids meals and no fries and some chicken sandwich I didn’t order. I paid 30 dollars up front. So I went back in when I seen I didn’t have the fries and they charged me for two more orders of fries. One drink cup had a hole in it and had to go back in for that. When I seen the chicken sandwich wasn’t the other fry I went back and asked for a copy of my receipt because I wasn’t given one in the store. The manager asked for me to bring the bags back in for him to search because the fries had to be in there. I advised him I had already given the kids meals to the kids in the car. I’ve never had such terrible service in a business! I 10/10 don’t recommend stopping at this zaxbys! I was over charged and never even got all of my order!

This was my first time going to Zaxbys. Overall, it was okay. The wings were small but the sauce was good. The service was good but the restaurant was not the cleanest. The trash cans were full and some of the tables had not been cleaned. The restaurant was empty when I was there. The selection was good and priced reasonably. I would recommend in a pinch.

Our food was the most delicious food i’ve ate in a while, since we don’t have a zaxbys in Ohio we typically stop for lunch at all different zaxbys that’s in the area, but this one was fantastic.
Menu was presentable, Staff was respectful and helpful and friendly.
They also made us aware of the mobil app for rewards and discounts , which was great to hear about.
The dinning room has excellent designs and decorative items. Our table was clean &’ the booths smelled really good, and was shining.
Thank you to this zaxbys, we will make this one home for us during travels. ❤️

This place is beyond slow the floor was very sticky had to wait a long time for anyone to take our order she was to busy worried about the drive thru when our order was finally taken and we paid the girl wouldn’t even give us or receipt she grabbed it out of the machine wadded it up and threw it away which i thought was awful rude. the drink machine was out of over half the drinks then the people who came in after us were given their food first not sure why we all ordered chicken not a place i will ever go back to.

Went through the drive-thru on Wednesday 12/3 . I was parked to wait on my order. I waited 10,15 then 20 mins. I finally go in and ask for my order (which was sitting on the counter) the girl running the drive thru ( no necesita hurry) says “oh yeah” then finally turns around to retrieve it, while the young guy on the grill initiated a staring contest. Come on Zaxby’s, either speed it up, or re-hire the old girl that actually looked outside for customers.
