I got this same order 2 days ago and that one was 10/10.
So, I ordered strombolis and poutine last night through DoorDash and was pretty disappointed. One stromboli showed up oddly shaped, and both of them were very undercooked and doughy. The amount of gravy in the poutine was nonexistent. It was around midnight when the order arrived and we were already starving, so I snapped a quick photo and ate them anyway before going to sleep.

My thin crust “well done” pizza .. can’t even hold it in one hand it’s so soggy . I’d much rather my pizza stay in an oven longer and be cooked properly then be shot out after 15 min and look like this .

Really bad experience I’ve ordered the three toppings extra large pizza with tandoori sauce on base but they put marinara on the pizza was also not cooked properly. And I told them to put extra topping on that but they didn’t do it although it was not even started it but they declined to add the topping I was willing to pay for that. On top of that I also told them to put chilli flakes on the base they also forgotten that.And the customer service representative was not so helpful. They took more then an hour See it

This location has slowly been declining since new people have taken over. But today is the last day I buy from here. I walked in to get a panzarotti and slice to bring to work,I said I didnt need it heated up cuz they were going to be eaten later. I asked the guy to cut it in half, he proceeded to cut it in 4. He handed to me and looked oddly flat, I opened it up to see if it was what I ordered, to find theres next to no toppings inside of it, I mentioned it to the guy and on top of already being short with me, he gave me some half assed excuse that heating it up will fix it (?!?!?). I told him I also worked the the business years ago and that what hes doing is wrong, he kept quiet after that. I was going to refuse it but decided to take it anyway so I can make this review and take pictures of the proof. Gave me the wrong chips for my combo, and just didnt give me the combo price. after pausing for a moment looking at the screen and doing the math in my head he noticed I wasn’t paying immediately,he did correct it, but not before i got suspicious. Its the last time I eat there.

I would have given it 2 stars for the mediocre pizza slice, but the staffs food safe practices are questionable at best.
I was served by a guy wearing gloves, who then proceeded to take the next customer’s order wearing the same gloves, rang him up on the cash register, handled his cash, then prepared his food, all while still wearing the same pair of gloves. I hate to think how long he’d been wearing those gloves and what else he touched. Absolutely disgusting; I couldn’t finish the pizza slice once I saw that.
The pizza itself had so little cheese you could see through the sauce underneath. Will not being going back there again.

Absolutely clean and appealing to the eye. Staff are very welcoming. My only gripe is that the food often times looks better than it taste and they need better fries for the poutine. Some consistency would be nice.

This evening I went in to pick up my order. A delivery person( Uber or skip the dishes) walked in behind me and went to the side of the counter as I waited behind a customer paying. After staff was finished with the customer and he looked at the male delivery person and gave him his order in front of me and then served me. I thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have seen at other establishments staff would serve people in the manner they come through the door and I know for a fact other establishments make the delivery person wait if a customer was ahead of them. Not impressed at all!!!
