I tried the pulled pork when I was there this past weekend. The pork was over cooked and the sauce they put on was extremely salty. The long line was not worth the wait. My friend said the brisket was good, but is it really worth a 20-30 minute wait in line? They were very slow dishing up the food.

Excruciatingly long wait (45 minutes+) and terrible service, but the food was passable and the meats were actually quite good. My wife wanted just a garden salad and was told they were “out” although the prepared, plated salads were clearly visible not more than 10 feet away. The smoked chicken and the brisket were good. The sides were nothing special and honestly were a distraction from the meat. Overall, about what should be expected for theme park food, but the truly horrible service is inexcusable.

Horrible experience! We waited for 2 hours in line to get to the food. When we got to check out, they tried to charge us for the water and sides. We paid $50 each for all day dining. I argued with the check out. They said the fries that come with the entree was the side. I told them to take it off. Furthermore, the water was part of the drink list. The cashier said they had not updated the register, so we would have to pay. I got hot at that point. Blood sugar was way low, feet hurt from standing 2 hours in the heat. He voided the transaction then charged us for 2 meals because the wrist band can only be scanned every 90 minutes. About the time I was ready to get my first felony assault, the other cashier said we could go. I didn’t get my side. Then there were no tables because people were sitting around holding tables for others who were in line. We had to sit the tray on a trash can to eat. The food was cold. I’ll never go back there again.

After waiting 60 min in line to get the food, the chicken had no flavor, the ribs had no meat on the bone, just fat. The brisket was good but a little dry. And the BBQ sause was not good. You should get a better BBQ sauce and more help. There was only one person serving food and another on drinks.

Weekday service/staff needs an overhaul. This place used to be great not even a couple years ago. Now place is completely gross. Flavorless brisket. They messed up the fries by putting a ton of sugar (yes sugar) on the fries. Cheesecake looks like pudding on a pie plate with raspberry syrup, also had flies on it which was gross, staff didn’t seem to care. Looks like the whole park has transitioned to this low quality type of mystery cheesecake nobody wants, they should at least have a netting up to keep flies out. No barbecue sauce at this barbecue restaurant, but there was mayonnaise? Slow service, floors dirty, demotivated staff. Definitely the worst restaurant I’ve been to in a while, and worst restaurant I went to on this day.

Please put here a sink for customers to at least wash hands- this is so unsanitary for a food establishment. I have never had to go to a restaurant and there was no bathroom. This park is an international destination for tourists! Dissapointing I had to go on a bathroom hunt all the way outside while the food got cold – good luck if you’re by yourself as there’s no one to watch over your food while you go bathroom hunting on the other side of town. I saw customers washing their hands from the trash can. The food was blah literary looked/tasted like boiled chicken/ ribs smeared with barbecue sauce. Inside was nice and cool but the ambience was not welcoming. I would not eat here for free without improvements stay away!

The brisket was terrible. Even for theme park food this was hands down the worst. Go around the corner to the chicken spot. In addition the wait to get the food was over an hour, if you don’t use the mobile app. The staff were well a 1 star is generous.

Overpriced gross food and ridiculously long wait. Horrible attitude from the girl behind the counter. She put like 5 potatoes in my plate. Asked for more and she plainly said “No” with a poker face. Excuse me?
